My YouTube suggestions changed very suddenly from cats to skating.

Plushenko made it to 4 Olympics with a robo-spine. Why can't he focus on emulating that instead of the mushroom? I don't think he'll r**** anytime soon, anyway. Thee are too many more challenges he wants to face. He's said with a completely straight face in press conferences that he wants to land 4A in competition and nobody around him flinched. If he doesn't get Olympic gold there's not a chance he'll bow out like that. (I'm trying very hard not to wish for silver.)

I wouldn't call it an expression, just a silly thing from ridiculous marketing strategies of making products sound new and improved and powerful by tacking numbers on the end of their names. Any random number in the thousands will do. (It is very late and I need sleep.)

In English it's called the Red and White Song Battle and it's held on New Years Eve. It's like Eurovision but with two teams - men and women - and all the acts are popular singers, bands, and groups invited to perform. They then invite celebrity guests to judge and hold a popular vote with viewers. It started after the war and the men vs women was apparently to show the equality of the sexes.
