I was just thinking about this! Hahaha... I remember some russian commentators would say 'doing a nobunari oda' instead of zayak when a skater zayakked.

He (Oda) did say that he sometimes gets flustered during competitions when he misses a jumping pass and he would get confused - thus zayak.

Usually it's hd, sometimes 手 (which means hand, literally)

Fall can be just "fall", 転倒 or 転

After desperately wanting that he would do 4T3T instead of 4S3T in the SP at Worlds,what i feel now is indescribable emotion.I'm not gonna lie,I was wanting that he would go for a ~safer~ route in the SP for the Olys and so far,seeing this layout,I'm very happy in that regard(I'm also one of the 3 people who think that he won't put 4lz in the SP and him keeping this program is not about that,but about confidence and achieving a string of solid,highly scored performances without frustratingly leaving any more big points on the table in the SP where there's basically zero room for error at this point,and that if he will go wild - 4lz,5quads etc - ,it will be in the FS only).

He missed many medals because of that. Its so iconic when he had to explain the zayak in Yuzu's FS at WTT 2015
