Yes, 3 fails, the 4th landed, and the 5th "perfect."

According to a translation I saw elsewhere, there's also TV camera shooting, so maybe we could see it!

ahhh 1/9 success is now 1/5 :) !! progress!! (i know that's not how probability works but shhhh)

Just curious, do they get several sets of the FaOI gold jacket + planet shirts + trashbag pants? I mean they're wearing it for two days in a row, so if they only have 1, do they laundry it? Or the worse case possible, do they go "screw hygiene, we're just gonna hang it to dry and wear it again tomorrow?

I'm just not familiar with how ice shows work and I'm really really curious  :space:

edit

actually the same goes with their performances' costumes too

I dunno about the costumes provided to them at shows but the ones that belong to them (for Hanyu here it'd be his vinyl pants and his B#1 costume) they usually only have just the one so "screw hygiene, we're just gonna hang it to dry and wear it again tomorrow" is exactly right, according to Hanyu in his Asaichi interview back in 2015. Tho I think he also mentioned skaters spraying deodorizer on it so as not to stink up the whole place. That's apparently the grim reality of things so that Chopin getup of his was only fresh yesterday. Today and tomorrow, not so much. Let that sit in the back of our heads when we finally get to see the stream.

2/5 actually. We can be optimistic!

Lets just say we are slowly working towards Max' 60%

Can we notice how extra he is after that failed knee slide? Like how he lies on the ice in an apologetic way :embSwan:

wasn't it chocolate and lemon?

But actually, sweat isn't supposed to smell. In truly healthy people, it doesn't. And particularly, with Yuzu being Japanese and the Japanese washing generally at least twice a day, I'd be surprised if he actually "smelled like sweat"... (that alone of course doesn't make re-using costumes he sweat a lot in all that great, but it's something...)

Sweat smell is genetic. Japanese people generally don't smell but it's not to do with bathing. Deodorant isn't sold in Japan, as this smelly Caucasian found out the hard way, for this reason. Rachel & Jun channel on YouTube has a good summary of the biology involved.

I was sure bathing played a part, but thanks for the info. The point still stands, though. Yuzu most likely doesn't smell and neither do his clothes... But then where did the chocolate and lemon come from? lol

I've absolutely no clue. Frankly, lemon and chocolate together is far more unappealing to me than sweat. I've been unlucky enough to eat lemon chocolate. >_<
