I just watched Yuzu's performance of One Summer's Day. I don't have the words to sufficiently express my feelings or the performance itself. It was ethereal, beautiful, divine. It was a piece of heaven of earth, a god coming down to this mortal realm to bless us with beauty and joy. Every moment, every note, every gesture was perfection. I feel truly blessed to be able to witness such an extraordinary performance. :tumblr_inline_n18qr5lPWB1qid2nw:

And this pic is one of the most gorgeous pics I've ever seen. It is pure beauty and art. It should be printed out and hung in a museum. :heartpound:

Wonder who sat in the 4A seat?

Looks like Yuzu was with Yumi san so he would not be able to sit with her and sit in the A seat, they are single seats. B and C are a seat pair.

The seats recline so allow for a comfortable rest during the journey, have a well deserved rest Yuzu.

Spoiler

Lots of people request the 4A seat at the JR office when they book their Shinkansen tickets. Gran Class is reservation only, the Hayabusa might be a reservation only service, it is the fastest train in the fleet with top speed 300 Km/h. ( this was my seat on way back from Sendai )

OMG! Where??? I can't find it in any shop around me

Spoiler

In a carrefour, but not beverages section, I found it by chance in the "ethnic" aisle, mixed with dulce de leche, instant noodles&co (I was actually searching for canned condensed milk😆)

Speaking of bullet train &co, do you know that magnetic levitation mechanism that allows to achieve the highest speed? Yuzuru's skating always made me think about it, cuz even if he does touch the surface with his blades, often he's so light he seem to float on the ice:animated-smileys-character-075:

One Summer's Day was otherworldy beautiful today, such a mesmerising performance :2011112318014775d: Stunning. The costume fits perfectly to the program, too, and it looks so gorgeous on pictures as well.

I also loved Ashura-chan the other day, the program was already great at GIFT but Yuzu's dancing skills and performance of it has improved so much since then. It was energetic, fun and the audience loved it too.

The lights were unusually dim at the shows in Iwate, it was a bit distracting especially in the opening when Yuzu wears black costume and it's more difficult to see his movements. But anyway, I hope the audience had a lot of fun and these things were more visible on the stream.

I wonder if Yuzu will skate to another program on Day 4 in Yokohama or he'll stick to POTO, Ashura-chan or One Summer's Day. The schedule is really tough this week. I hope Yuzu can have a good rest afterwards :) I won't be able to follow the coming shows as much - Easter+family birthday is coming with lots of things to do - but I'll watch Yuzu's performances later.:tumblr_inline_n18qrbDQJn1qid2nw:

I've watched One Summer's Day... then I've watched one more time ... and 10 more times... It's just mesmerising, otherworldly, so so wonderful. The whole performance, the costume, the music, the spiral and this spin - beauty overdose. Thank you Yuzu!

If I could've, I would've watched One Summer's Day all day today. It was such a beautiful performance and I don't have the words to describe it.

Besides the performance, I absolutely adored the way Yuzu left the ice - he took his time bowing and I used that to fully appreciate the costume. It also felt like he was sort of show-casing it when he glided towards the exit.

Nothing Yuzu does on ice is meaningless.

It was the last day in Oshu, perhaps Yuzu was making the embellished presentation to say farewell to his home region. Yuzu would also have been aware that the last day at Osaka was not broadcast, so there was no opportunity for fans at home to have seen that particular performance. The beautiful performance today with the bonus skating before exiting back stage may have been a little consolation view of Haku for viewers at home. The performance and Yuzu's bows were dream like and wonderful.

At Gift the performance was truly gorgeous as well, just like as a river runs away and moves on, Yuzu glided back stage and the story continued onwards.

Marinin was so happy and proud that he posted a two-shot photo with Yuzuru Hanyu on Instagram, and Marinin's mother (a former figure skater who has represented Uzbekistan at the Olympics) took a photo together. It was my son's dream to shoot with Yuzuru-san.

One Summer's Day was as beautiful as when I first laid my eyes on it. Even more so. Because this time we can see the blue gradient on the costume. In GIFT I thought it was just white. However, i am still campaigning for the program to be skated until we got this shot :10636614:
