Fantasy on Ice 2022 in KOBE

Yes, worldwide live streaming would be the best option for everyone. They could even create different streaming packs and depending on what you pay you could see more or less content. For example, the basic pack would include live streaming of Sundays from each FaOI city. And then different packs you can add: all shows pack, rehearsal pack, backstage pack, Yuzu special pack... So many options and ways to empty our pockets... :10636614:

Japanese fanyus are asking Fuji to broadcast show afterwards. They basically have everything ready for that, only thing missing is a program slot.

Doesn’t asahi tv have exclusive rights to broadcast FAOI?

That's what "annoys" me. When broadcasting in theaters they already have what it takes to do the same on TV... :emoticonaci2019_2:

I have read that the local Kansai tv is under Fuji and previously Kobe broadcasts have been under Fuji. Although in 2019 also Asahi showed Kobe show afterwards, so I am not sure. Japanese fanyus' campaign seems to address only Fuji.

I assume they're doing this to up the ticket sales (in theatres), but they could earn so much more if they did a paid (international) livestream :59227c768286a__s:

Yes, it would be much more profitable for them...

It would be interesting to know the data of subscriptions to JapanTV and NewHome during FaOI, as well as the data of the QQ streaming. That would give a fairly close image of the reality of the popularity of Yuzu in the world.

A Japanese fan shared some links to request broadcast to different TV stations. Google Translator does a very descent job translating the online forms so it's quite easy to access the links and submit the request o broadcast FaOI Kobe. I just did it! Also, many of us have been posting our request @Fantasy_on_Ice on Twitter with these hashtags #BroadcastFaOI #LivestreamFaOI #FaOI2022 #FaOI神戸 . Even if we cannot get a live broadcast, perhaps we can get a re-broadcast right after the show? or a longer re-broadcast instead of the 1-hr special?

So far no news on Kobe… sharing this just because is the latest “news” on it (June 14th, 11:45am JST), and I’ve been moody about it :deadinside:

I was confused about why th Kansai TV would broadcast Kobe at the same time as Shizuoka's live, then I realized Kobe time was a.m. :13877886:

After wonderful Nagoya coverage, Kobe feels like abuse... :emoticonaci2019_2:

Curious to know why they always include Kobe as an FaOI stop. I'm sure many other cities would also want the opportunity to host the event. Why bother with a city that doesn't seem to be willing to make an effort to be collaborative? Anyone knows why Sendai is not included this year?
