I don't remember if this info has already been shared in past interviews or something, but according to Shingo, Utashin will keep both programs from the last season. As to his own programs, he says he will change one of them.

It's "Vincent (Starry Starry Night)" by whom I am not sure. Sounds like Josh Groban but I could not find the exact same version.
