barbara
While I'm freaking out waiting to see how Yuzu really is doing and hoping for the best, I am trying to think that if he can't do the 4A here and he's injured enough that he can't go to Worlds, perhaps he will go back to TCC and train for the 2022-2023 season, just so he can do his 4A in competition and win the GP and get his World championship back (this is all if he can't get it this year -). He's 27 and otherwise very very fit. There's no reason he can't fulfill his dream. Link to comment

wingman
I can't quite decide if it's 4Aq or 4A< LOL. I'm sure Yuzu would want a 4A FULL STOP though. He is SO CLOSE!!! I'm SO HAPPY for him. Link to comment

wingman
Next time. There's always a next time with Yuzu, I'm sure of it. I am so glad that he can relax now and avoid that BS press conf. He can just interview with Shuzo, hop on the plane, go back to his den and train for 4A. (While we pour out our love for him). It's just one stepping stone to 4A. The 4A podium is there, within reach. I'm sure he will go for it. Link to comment
anastazie_12
Wow... for me it was hard several days and I am actually very sorry for him I wish him medal so much. But this fourth place does not change who he really is - great skater and performer, GOAT, and mostly amazing human being. Well I can imagine next couple of days wont be exactly easy for him but I truly believe this experience will make him stronger and I believe in future we will see his dream - 4A with pozitive GOEs :-). SuzyQ
He was asked about his future challenge of 4A, "Please give me some time. I've given it all out (done so much as I could)." https://news.yahoo.co.jp/articles/08e5230fbdd67fa140c1bd9aab7668c50477a411 Link to comment
CaroSkate
I hoped/thought he would have changed to 4Lo after the injury yesterday to aim for a medel. But I feel ashamed now. Yuzu is brave. He gave it all and rotated the best 4A out there. Whatever Yuzu decides to do in the future, I will support him wholeheartedly. Link to comment

anastazie_12
According news which appears on Instagram Yuzu said that: "I gave it everything. Honestly, I couldn't have tried harder than this. Well, maybe it was unrewarded effort, but there were indeed lots that didn't go well after the SP - conversely, only things that didn't go well this time. But I gave it my all." I am glad he sees it in this way because is very true. He absolutely did his best. Link to comment
