Indeed, all these meals have a purpose for Yuzu : his health and energy (it is necessary for the 4A) and they are good because there are vegetables / chicken breast / beef tendon which give gelatin and I learn with this post that this diet has collagen (and I thought, like all women, that there is only in beauty products) and also, this said collagen is surely what gives superb skin to Yuzu, since he eats it and maintains his dermis and epidermis from the inside and associated with his KOSE products and here is an article which confirms what I have read on these vegetables (sorry it is in French) :
