Hello Vadrouille! A fellow member of the old Yuzuru Hanyu Forum. Thank you very much for the information! It's not that easy for me to travel because I have to arrange for someone too help us because I am in a wheelchair. I would like to rent a wheelchair accessible van at the airpport so that we can travel without limitations. If I do go, I would love to meet you and other members of this forum who are attending. I  should get in touch with Claire.

Hello Geo1

I am happy that you are well and planning to travel to Montreal for Autumn Classics and see Yuzuru. I hope that you will be able to invite one or two friends to come with you and your wife and help you with the travelling. Also to be able to rent a wheelchair accessible van at the airport.

You remind me of a lady I have met on my last trip at World in Helsinki. I stayed at the Hotel Sokos in Pasila, about 1 Km walking to the Hartwall Arena . At the hotel, I have met a senior lady in a motorized wheelchair from the US who has travelled to Helsinki for the event. She said she has made the arrangement for renting the wheelchair directly from her home in the US. Everyday, she came to the Arena in her motorized wheelchair with a skating friend who accompany her.

It will be with great pleasure to meet you all in Montreal.

Bienvenue à Montreal.

TICKETS FOR AUTUMN CLASSICS 2017 in Montreal

I have sent a request to Skate Canada asking for information when we will be able to purchase or to make reservation for our tickets for the event.

I have received the answer from Mrs. Amy Thiffault, a representative of Skate Canada.

Her answer is the following:

"Tickets will be available onsite for pourchase at the door. Our events team are looking to add an option of reserving tickets in advance.

As soon as any information is available it will be posted to the events page on our website at:

https://skatecanada.ca/event/2017-autumn-classic-international/"

Maybe in July or August, we will be able to have more information to make a reservation for the tickets.

Good luck to all of us, espetially to our friends from outside Canada who want to make sure they are garanteed to have the tickets.

make his own Yuzuru Hanyu's rooter stuffs "

At the backyard of an ice show,"Fantasy on Ice" held on

June 18. Ogi-mama reported on his blog about his strongly

impressive experiences with his most favorite skater,

Yuzuru Hanyu, being able to take a photo with him and be

touched by his tender-hearted words...Still, it seems that

the reason of this deep emotion was not only because of

Yuzuru Hanyu.

"There, I received so many gifts from quite a number of

Hanyu Senshu's fans at the arena." A photo of those

gifts was also uploaded on his blog. They were sth such

as processed photos, original photos/bromides of Hanyu

Senshu and many more things to do with Hanyu Senshu.

He felt much obliged to them, even said, "Ogi-mama had

nothing to give them in return, sth like one-way traffic."

And also, "Ogi-mama should have made sth of my own."

on his blog. (...a reporter for a women's weekly magazine)

Hanyu Senshu's fans don't just make their own rooter

stuffs but they also exchange them among themselves,

sth like candid snapshots, portraits and so on.

Besides, there are also people who in a sense of collectors,

gather things like videos of his performances in early days

from the internet, photos of those ads found in their daily

lives, Hanyu Senshu's newspaper articles in the past, etc.

At the arena, there are always the GIVE-AND-TAKE of

treasured photos among the acquaintances.

As a person who has a strong sense of obligation, it seems

that next time, he will visit the arena with his original sth as

a Hanyu Senshu's fan for sure.
