    I guess no surprises from this decision. As expected from the rumours we've been hearing. Now to see how Russia, and the athletes themselves, will react.

    I feel like I sounded a bit mean too lol. But as everyone said, as long as it doesn't get out of hand, or escalates further into something that really becomes a burden to Yuzu, then I guess (for now) it's still okay. And the birthday video project by the YHIFG. And probably myriad other projects brewing that we don't know about yet.

    The poster seems to have been a collaboration from fans from different countries. While I also feel that the gesture is a little bit too much (bit too "stalkerish" for me), I do appreciate the thoughts and feelings that went behind the initiative, and that it's bourne out of genuine love and support for Yuzu. I'm hoping that Yuzu will see it the same way, and that he'll feel more encouraged by it rather than uncomfortable (and not too embarrassed lol).

    Oh wow, that's amazing! And in such a short period of time too! Which makes me think, is there a way for him to download all messages in case he wants to be able to read them all without having to click on each icon individually? (Although I realise this means everyone else who can access the map will be able to do so too...) This is just a small suggestion though... The map is incredible enough as it is! Yay! And the only other skaters in the list are Shoma (17th) and Tessa and Scott (18th). Both seem to be appearing on the list for the first time.

    So I just found out the "Cup of Disaster" aka Cup of China has been the Cup of Disaster since 2012 when I found this video of an on ice collision between Nan Song and Adam Rippon. Nan Song suffered a concussion from the incident To be fair, collisions happened at other events too. Like this one at Skate Canada 2010 between Patrick Chan and Adam Rippon. Or this one between Daisuke and Kozuka at the GPF 2010. Thankfully in both cases the skaters emerged relatively unharmed. These warmups can be dangerous 😱
