  1. I am quite frankly a bit surprised that Zagitova is now seen as having good SS. I mean, huh. Perhaps the forum has moved on far too much for me to catch up.
  2. Don't understand more than the figure skating terms, but the performances they showed: Chopin GPF'15 SEIMEI GPF'15 PW SC'19 - the On Ice Perspective version of the practice Notte Stellata GPF'19 Origin SC'19 It's been nice to watch all of them again.
  3. Your mom needs to adopt me asap. Here, I have to do everything on my own. Sobs
  4. OMG it's so good to see her again. New hair cut too. Hopefully she has recovered completely.
  5. What Oda-san said about 4CC SEIMEI:
  6. This reminds me of the Twin Jades of Lan. Sorry, that's my leftover obsession from last year (The Untamed), renewed every time some new thing is released. 4CC gala might have the program based on it again, so... (I am not really sorry).
  7. Honestly, only white male boomers would have the gall and the stupidity to keep defending himself like this. Ewwwww.
  8. What I am kinda curious is how SEIMEI is going to be tinkered. ISU shortened the FS to 4min by taking away one (1) jumping pass. 4min SEIMEI will show that that's ISU collectively failing 3rd grade math.
  9. Eh, after thinking about it, I'm actually more excited with this change than I was before. It is risky, to change at this time of the season, esp change back to iconic programs. But, eh, what he got to lose, really. Plus, like @Sombreuil said, he owes no-one nothing.
  10. Zuzu... ... ... ... I got nothing. Nothing.
  11. My Mai-chan! She looks so pretty... But I am concerned.
  12. Well, get ready for actual drama to heighten everything wrong with this 'sport': https://deadline.com/video/spinning-out-trailer-netflix-figure-skating-drama-series-kaya-scodelario-january-jones/
  13. Me, catching up on this thread: Ugh, fandom.
  14. I don't know where to put this? I find it, er,, intriguing. Fernandez is doing the voice over, they have Yuzu footage, including the one he was on the podium with crutches.
  15. Thanks! Wonder how she got those. Cz... I have never managed to figure out how to get my hands on them. *envious lol*
  16. See, this kind of statement is why the discussion gets circular. You "heard a Japanese fan gave him some parts of H&L music as a present at an ice show" and hence, you conclude that he "does take into fan opinion into account when choosing music". Where on earth do you get this confidence in claiming both of these things as factual? 1. Do you know for sure that the fan truly give him that music? 2. Do you know if that fan gave him that music with an addendum "I hope you skate to this music" hence stating their opinion? 3. Do you know for sure Yuzu receive that gift let alone listen to the music? 4. Do you know for sure Yuzu truly use that as the basis of him choosing H&L? If your answer to ANY of those is "yes", please give details. Otherwise, this is just you projecting and, may I say due to how protracted the conclusion you draw based on something you heard, reaching.
  17. I'll add my stipend into that as well. It's as if we haven't been around this sport for longer than a season, honestly. It doesn't matter what Zu does, someone will have something negative to say. So, let. the. boy. do. what. he. wants. If he wants to land 4A precisely at the gong sound of Origin, let him do it. Better yet, wish hard that he would do it. p.s. I myself, don't like Origin - not the way I like and love both H&L and Seimei.
  18. Re: RusFed's move. *look at the current global politic proper situation* *look at what RusFed audaciously claims and proposes* Yeah. Not predictable at all
  19. When Yuzu land the 4A, no body in the world would care if he does it while skating to the best classical music ever written (whatever that is) or to the 'mana mana' song.
  20. If I was one of those younger skaters, I'd feel mightily insulted. It's as if the younger ones can only achieve high if the older ones give it to them, preferrably by leaving. *scoff* Truly shows how pathetic some people are. Champions do not become champions by waiting/wishing/what-have-you for (better) competitiors to make way for them by leaving the competition. That's a loser mentality. I wonder why these fans follow any sport at all.
