Yea, I have also seen 'Shogun' before but can't really remember the storyline now. Richard Chamberlain - a great actor and very charismatic. He also starred in a mini series called 'Thorn Birds' in which he played the role of a Catholic priest Ralph De Bricassart.

I still have nightmares thinking about GPF 2019 which was held at Torino, Italy. Yuzu popped his 4S at SP and he was all alone at Kiss and Cry...I wanna cry for him. Ghislain got delay because he lost his passport and was not there to comfort Yuzu. Fanyus were all in chaos😩 Don't know what happen to Brian though (kind of long story). Finally, Ghislain showed up next day when Yuzu's was attempting 4A (can't remember how many attempts he did?) during morning practice😱 he was not ready for 4A at that time and many people thought he just wanted to vent out his frustrations (or he wanted to attempt 4A because Olympic figure skating was once held at Torino in 2006...I don't know I could be wrong). We were so worried he's gonna injured himself. His free skate was on his birthday - 7th Dec 2019 when he turned 25. He performed better with beautiful quad lutz and quad loop and it's his first time in his skating career, he did 5 quads in a single programme. He was so exhausted at the end of his origin 2.0 performance ....Pooh San literally everywhere and the pooh rain scene was so spectacular 🥰 Sadly to say, this was the last time that we saw this magnificent pooh rain🥹

You are definitely a more devoted fanyu than me😊 I guess we all show differing degree of devotion towards Yuzu. I am glad that my blood pressure (BP) is back to normal now that Yuzu has turned pro. My BP used to be like rollercoaster when Yuzu was competing. Daily BP monitoring is a must back then....what a havoc time for all fanyus😂 Reading through live messages by fans in this forum while he was competing was always a nerve-racking ordeal! Remember this: 'Oh nooooo! Yuzu, why you popped that 4S😱 I hate this snake 4S! I am gonna cry now, I couldn't handle this ...it's just too much😩 Well, it's all over now! We all are happy so as Yuzu 🥳🎉😄 Thanks! I am still trying to contact my brother in- law in Singapore to help me in this matter....just hope I wouldn't get scolded by him😜

You are welcome! Lower dental centreline shift is not a major orthodontic problem. Most lay person are not even aware of the shift😂 I have joined planethanyu for a number of years now and somebody only pointed it out recently. I have patients asking me: how long do I need to wear retainers (can be removable or fixed type) after treatment? My answer will always be: 'How long do you want your teeth to be straight and stable?' Of course, the reply would always be for life ....there you go, you will definitely need lifelong retention.Outcry from the patients: it's impossible that I can wear my retainers for life, it's just too long and it's tedious having have to wear the retainers (removable) everyday! Fixed retainers do not require compliance but there are some drawbacks like: risk of inadvertent tooth movement and hygiene control ( poor oral hygiene leading to build up of calculus around teeth and retainer wires). Patients will end up having periodontal diseases and loss of tooth supporting bone with eventual loss of teeth. No tooth supporting bone = no teeth! Regular supervision and check up of teeth pre- treatment ( before fixing braces) and post treatment (after removal of fixed braces) and maintenance (retention) phases are important and it's lifelong with the orthodontist. Better visit an orthodontist rather than dentist. Some dentists are not trained to handle difficult and complex cases. Our teeth are constantly under dynamic change (alignment of teeth changes) due to wear and tear throughout our life. Lifelong retention is required to ensure a stable result ..therefore, think twice before commencing braces treatment. Constantly asking yourself: is it worth it getting braces done? Can you cope with the pain (due to tooth movement) during treatment? dietary control ( do not consume hard or sweet food, bye bye to your chocolates, sweets etc), adequate level of oral hygiene is required during and after treatment and finally a lifelong maintenance is mandatory to ensure stable result. My usual advice: If you really have severe orthodontic problems like severe crowding, upper front teeth sticks out a lot like bucks bunny and low self-esteem because of being teased at school/ by peers, the answer is yes, go ahead and get braces done. But if it's just a mild crowding or a slightly rotated tooth, I think it's better to accept it. Because you will still need to have permanent retention to maintain the corrected position. Its difficult to keep corrected rotated teeth stable. Relapse (going back to where it was originally positioned but less severe) tendency is high. Normally, require minor gum surgery and fixed retainer to keep it as stable as possible...but still there is no guarantee😂

From the photo that included in the link that you posted: It's the first time that I get to see a real close up picture of Yuzu's upper and lower teeth from molar to molar. Thank you for that photo😊 Somebody has labelled Yuzu's teeth from lower right side to left side: 54321 1?345, 2 is missing from lower left meaning lower left lateral incisor has been extracted. I do agreed with this finding. 11 look similar in size and they are lower right and left central incisors. The lower dental centreline has shifted to left side because of the extracted lateral incisor (2). Yuzu is lucky as it's the lower centreline shift not the upper one and is not too obvious. There is a slight overlapping of his lower right lateral incisor which we called relapse. He needs to be careful as there is a risk of recrowding (getting worse)of his 3 lower incisors which will affect the alignment of his upper front teeth in future. Well, hope he wears his retainer appropriately and go for regular check up. I always tell my patients retention is lifelong... unfortunately, not many listened...lol. Fixed retainers ( wire glued on inner / lingual / palatal side of teeth) are nightmare if there is distortion of retainer wire which can become active and move teeth. This is called inadvertent tooth movement. Moved teeth can become loose because of resorption of alveolar bone support of teeth and are disastrous 😱 Whoever have fixed retainers is advised to get regular check up with orthodontist. Tom cruise's facial midline and upper dental centreline are not coincident. His upper dental centreline shifted to left side because he has a missing upper left lateral incisor. This shift is pretty obvious because it involves the upper teeth. You can Google Tom cruise teeth and the red line in the image indicates the upper dental centreline shifted to the left side. I apologised if you have to put up with my long essay.... From a retired orthodontist 🤪

Hi Btsevinho, most orthodontists or dentists would have notised Yuzu has a missing lower incisor. From his young photos, his malocclusion was diagnosed as Class II division 1 with crowding in both upper and lower arches (that's partly contributed to his lisping as well). He also has skeletal problems (his upper and lower jaws are imbalance). His lower jaw (mandible) is in fact retruded (set back) and his pogonion is not prominent giving it an impression that his chin point is missing.Luckily, his Skeletal II problems ( jaw problems) is not that bad. He has 2 options for treating his malocclusion: ( I don't know which one he actually had) 1) use Functional appliances ( to improve the jaw imbalance while patient is growing) and straightening the crowded teeth with braces later. In this case, Yuzu will need extraction of some teeth to straighten his crowded teeth and sort out the residual overjet if there is. This is what we called 2 phase treatment and takes a longer time than one phase treatment ( braces or functional appliances alone). Which teeth to extract will depend on the condition of the teeth, the degree of crowding and how bad is his overjet ( how severe the upper teeth sticks out measured in milimetres), the location of the crowding and the duration of treatment required ( some opt for quicker treatment but end up with less ideal post treatment tooth position) 2) or Just use fixed braces alone to straighten the crowded teeth and accepting the imbalance jaw position which will sacrifice the profile aesthetic (the lower jaw kind of look retruded even with straight teeth after treatment).Cant grow the pogonion as it's a bony part of chin unless you do chin augmentation by surgery with artificial bone, animal bone or donor bone. Will definitely require extractions of teeth in upper and lower arches. Normally, 2 upper premolars and 2 lower premolars will be extracted for alignment of crowded teeth ( head gear, palatal or lingual arch may be required if overjet is large and severe crowding exist). In certain situation, extraction of 2 upper premolars ( need to lose teeth to bring in stick out upper teeth and relieve of upper crowding) and extraction of a lower incisor is required if lower crowding is not too bad and some proclination of lower incisors is allowed ( as it provides spaces for aligning lower teeth). But post treatment results will not be ideal: a) Upper and lower dental centrelines will never be coincident anymore because 4 upper incisors against 3 lower incisors (when keeping teeth together or we called in occlusion). I have always intrigue when I first saw Yuzu's close up photos few years back. I notised both his lower canines on each side (canines are darker in colour i.e. more yellowish than incisors and their tips are more pointed) and yet there are only 3 lower incisors in between both canines ( there should be 4 lower incisors). I then knew Yuzu has an incisor extracted for aligning his crowded lower anterior teeth and his upper and lower dental centrelines are off ( not coincident). It's very difficult to tell which lower incisor has been extracted (either lower right or left central or lateral incisor unless I can check his lower labial fraenum and the sizes of the central and lateral incisors - central incisor is usually smaller than the lateral). His buccal occlusion on both sides (left and right) are not fully interdigitated (ends on) which is quite obvious (from photos of side views of his back teeth) Anyway, Yuzu is handsome🥰 He has nice smile and healthy teeth.... who cares about him having dental centrelines or buccal occlusion being off ...it's only noticeable by dental professionals which I don't really care🤪

If it's not because of Yuzu, I wouldn't be here (this fandom) praising you😂 You are certainly a devoted fanyu. Aren't we all feel the same? 😜 I am still trying to figure out a way to join Yuzu's YT channel...🥹

A brief compilation of thoughts on Yuzuru Hanyu's 4A
LAY replied to bubbletea's topic in Yuzuru Hanyu
Thank you very much for this video clip. This is the one I have been looking for when he explained about his ideal 4A. I have seen it without eng subs therefore, couldn't understand his explanation. Good luck Yuzu, we know it's not easy to achieve your ideal 4A. Just don't get injure when practising it. We like you not because of 4A jump! Forever fanyu🤗- 10 replies

Yuzu's swan neck not only a beauty but also so strong to sustain those fast, rhythmic head banging movement😜

Thank you! When there is a will surely there's a way😜

He really wanted to praise Yuzu so much but just couldn't find appropriate flattered words to say. But we fanyus know 'what' he is trying to express his love for Yuzu's skating🤪

A well known perfectionist always does way in a perfect manner🤪I wonder whether he has OCD (Obsessive & Compulsive Disease)? Being an orthodontist, I have to perform my work in a systemic manner with precision (particularly when fixing braces on teeth).I have certain degree of OCD which is sometimes really annoying. Need to check car door few times despite knowing it's locked. My front door handle needs frequent replacement because of constant checking. At times, friends are getting annoyed with me stating 'I thought you just checked your car door and it's definitely locked'...pretty embarrassing right😂

Haha! Yuzu can only do an almost 2A wearing suits and shoes🤣
-
How many rotations that he managed to do in this 3 piece suit? I lost count😂

No I never tried paying using PayPal. My niece told me it wouldn't work in Brunei. There is one option that I can try: Is to ask my Singapore brother in law to register as Yuzu's member using tube account from Singapore site (as my VPN is under Singapore). He just need to pay using Singapore issued credit card. All he has to do is to give me the username and password when joining as member.I just need to pay him monthly for the member fee. Whether it will work still remain questionable 🤷

I want to give Yuzu money but he wouldn't accept my credit card payment😏

I am so sad that I can't join as member😭
