  1. I am living in Brunei. My niece got me a Singapore VPN using my gmail address. When I want to pay for my member fee for Yuzu's YouTube, my visa credit card issued in Brunei was not accepted.Does anyone encounter this problem? Do I really have to use Singapore issued credit card to pay Yuzu's member fee ( According to my niece the failure for my credit card online payment is because I can only use Singapore issued credit card for payment 😅
  2. Ice dance may be easier to pair up.But for pair figure skating might be difficult as male partner has to be strong and tall 🤔
  3. I was told by my niece I need to get a VPN number prior to joining as member. No wonder I couldn't find a 'join' word next to subscribe in Yuzu's YT channel. Woo...I need to pay for VPN and Yuzu's member fee in order to watch his YT videos 😅
  4. What kind of auto - translate is this? (i didn't even request for it). I actually wrote 應該再加上一雙冰鞋😂
  5. 應該再加上一雙冰鞋⛸️⛸️(should have added a pair of skates🤪)
  6. Just as well his gift tote bag is big enough to keep 2 pooh San😂
  7. I notised that Yuzu sometimes write his name 羽生結弦with 生字smaller than the other 3 characters. His bow string 弦字的弓is also curved sideways (very unique). My niece though of Chinese descent said Yuzu writes better Kanji characters than her and she can't even write her own name in Chinese/Kanji.
  8. Really? Under Mie Hamada - Eteri of Japan😱
  9. Ohh! Thanks for clarifying for me. Ilia is using technique 1 take off but with slightly more pre- rotation than Yuzu.Minimal pre-rotation for axel jump is between 45-90 degrees right?
  10. Many thanks for this useful informations regarding axel take off techniques. I have heard of skid take off in the past and saw some from YT videos clips. Bacxel is definitely a well known term applied to NC's 3A take off technique. Well, it's practically a cheated 4A with skid take off. I hope Yuzu will be blessed with a solid, stable torque axis for his 'ideal 4A'. I think continuing his 4A training after turning pro has improved all his jumps tremendously. His quads and 3As preparation time is getting shorter and you know from his take off position, he is gonna land them beautifully🥰
  11. I wonder what would be his score for this sequence? He was already quite wild when young ( he was wearing a flowery kimono outfit during gala exhibition 2014/2015?) jumping 4T+3A+3A+3A sequence🤪
  12. I have noticed Yuzu's 4Lo is different from other skaters. From the way he take off (very distinctive) and completed the 4 rotations (include minimal pre- rotation for edge jump). Other skater's quad loop seemed to look like triples. Just wonder whether there is too much pre-rotation🤔
  13. Looks like Yuzu can add another 3A...he is collector of as many 3A sequence as possible 🤪
  14. I am gonna join as member now ...hoo hoo! May I ask how to join? I already subscribed to Yuzu's YouTune. I have seen Yuzu's 4Lo+3T from share practice and exhibition gala in the past. They are a beauties🥰😍
  15. Sensei is 先生。 In ancient China, we also call teacher or other intellectuals as 先生Senshu is 選手. Yup, it's mainly use for athletes. But in modern days, Chinese use 先生 similarly as Mr. Or 老先生 when addressing old man. Not use for addressing ladies. In Malay language (national language of Brunei) - Sama means same 🤪 Perelandra, you seem to know Japanese language 🤔
  16. Thank you Pammi for the explanation. I guess it's safer to use San for formality when addressing a male or female person 😜
  17. Wow! She looks marvelous for her age😜My mum who is 88 yrs old is quite senile and frail. Wheelchair bound and requires care taker assistance 😔
  18. I am Bruneian of Chinese descent.Brunei is also a member of South East Asia (SEA). While I was in the UK, I called or addressed my consultants in the dental hospital as Mr or Miss ( because it's their professional titles in the UK. In other countries, I would have to call dentists Drs).Parents of my friends, I called them uncles and aunties. If I met an old lady (stranger) in a bus, I would call her aunty if we happen to start a conversation.I am not use to call very old lady grandma reason being that both my paternal and maternal grandmothers and grandfathers passed away when I was very young. I felt really weird to even say words like grandma or grandpa even till today. Brunei was British protected country in the past and most ppl here called the elders uncles and aunties regardless whether there is any kinship. I used to study Korean as a foreign language ( not Japanese language though..hehe!). There is so many things to learn as how to address ppl properly.Must ask the age first. Paternal and maternal uncles, aunties, cousins etc are addressed differently. It's not a big prob for me as Chinese does it the same way anyway.I don't know about Japanese culture though.I think shouldn't be very far off. This is the reason why I called Telemasa 黑柳徹子aunty ( I really don't know how old she is🤔).
  19. Now, I undertood why he kneeled down while talking to aunty 黑柳徹子😊
  20. IM 'works hard' by boasting around with his mouth😂 Yuzu is an extremely 'hard worker' by improving, perfecting his skating skills and jumps.Busy planning and participating in ice shows either his own solo or others (SOI and FAOI)! Bravo! Hard working GOAT🥰😍
  21. I heard about Ilia 4A and Yuzu's ideal 4A are different.Yuzu's 4A is more difficult to achieve. Anyone know what's the difference between the two?
