Yuzu pics on display in Shanghai! Tbh I really never understood why Yuzu has so many antis what confused me the most is that he even has antis in Japan. I understand if his skating isn’t everyone’s cup of tea (we all have our preferences which is completely okay) but how can they dislike someone who has done so much and sacrificed so much for the country? I can’t understand... I guess this is the price you pay for being famous and well-loved, you will get your fair share of people who hate you.

The stopping thing sometimes happens to me too! I think there’s no way around it, we just have to be super mindful and remember we are on inlines 😓 Yes even skating forwards normally takes more effort on wheels... I think as much as wheels are more convenient/cheaper, nothing can truly replace the ice ever... On another topic, is anyone here able to land an axel/learning an axel? I really can’t get over the fear of them...

Hmm, for me T-stop is the easier way to stop on inlines! And as for going back and forth between wheels and ice I feel like based on what I’ve read online different people say different things... some people say training on wheels helped them while some said the wheels messed up their ice skating so... maybe it really varies from person to person based on skill level, the way you train and perhaps the type of inline frames you use? This is just my own guess haha For me personally I feel like everything is much harder on inlines but I don’t feel like it helps or messes up my ice technique. Maybe you can go with how you feel? For me I don’t really use my inlines for spins and jumps because I’m scared 😂 I just use them sometimes for steps and basic turns!
