The actual term used was 元気を出して (Genki wo dashite) which can be translated as "Cheer up." "Keep it up" can be another translation of it depending on the situation. "Pull oneself together" seems to be used as a translation of 立ち直る (which can be translated as get over/comeback) sometimes, so I think the original poster's choice is understandable too.

The last part of the summary shared on twitter is a bit different from what Brian wrote. The part in boldface is not what Yuzu actually said but what Brian felt that it was Yuzu's message. And Brian decided to go through anything with Yuzu until Olympics not knowing how tough the actual Olympic season for them would be. I bought a copy of this book several hours ago and can't wait to read it reading other fans' impressions. Not like Aoi Honoo, this book must have an English manuscript since Brian is the author. Hope Kodansha (publisher) considers publishing the English version too.

I don't remember how the term Nessie became a nickname for 4A, but 4A for him might be something more real than a creature we believe to exist, like a cat which doesn't run away from you when you find him/her but doesn't let you touch him/her yet, or a special pancake you almost know how to bake. But I'm sure 4A would thrill me as much as Nessie when I could see it.
