Just remember there are far more important things than skating right now. And skaters have longer breaks even for planned vacations sometimes, it's March, people... of course I'm very doubtful that will last only three weeks, but hopefully things will get better soon... Here also almost all public spaces and schools are closed, and we for now have "only" 116 cases confirmed... It's recommended to work from home... (too bad I can't for now, sigh)

Honestly? It's better to do it now if it helps even a little. Season is over, they can afford a few weeks break, and catch up with other things in the meantime.

Oh ok, I forgot Samarin exists either way, Yuzu will lead again, unless they don't recalculate in case Worlds are rescheduled to October (which is ridiculous and is already happening in another season...) Well it's really not that important actually, but nice still He would not lose that lead if not for two half-missed seasons.

If my math is not failing me, after adjusting Nathan will have 2880 points, Yuzu 3786 - big lead Shoma 2639, Actually, Aliev will be second with 2957, Nate third, and Jason closely behind 2844. Shoma will fall in the standings because of his disastrous GP and no 4CC.

But at the end of the season (last planned competition somewhere around April, if it will take place) they will not count the points from 2017/18 season and points from 2018/19 will be counted x 70%. And then Yuzu is back on the top in WS

actually, after official end of the season after the points are adjusted Yuzu will be 1st at WS again. Nate can even fall lower because zero Championships points, but I would have to check that.

Soooo with canceled Worlds it is almost sure Yuzu stays for another season riiiight??? I don't believe he would leave it at that. Wonder if he will have new shiny programs - I think so, even if I sooo wanted to see clean(ish) Seimei 3.0.

I'm not really interested in that show, but I'm guessing a costume award will go to a lady skater (probably Anna lol... If voted I would vote for Eunsoo), MVP should go to Yuzu but maybe also Sui/Han, for the program... hard to say, but I'm 90% it will NOT be Yuzu or Nathan. And, as far as I know, "lifetime achievement" will be given to some retired skater, as it should.

Thank you, most of your comments always seem to be exactly what I'm thinking. I'm also very tired of that "everyone is trying to get Yuzu", including "Brian is doing wrong and not praising Yuzu and praising his rivals", ugh like people really just will complain about everything anyone says or doesn't say... No one have to agree all the time, but it's getting ridiculous. Brian can do no right for some people.

I doubt they will cancel Worlds, too much money invested in that, and there wasn't even one case of the virus in Quebec until now... It's true there will be a lot of people from other countries, but I really think they would only do it if they are forced to.

I'm pretty sure it was officially said ALL the medalist (plus others invited, not necessarily Worlds competitors) will skate at that something. I'm gonna watch only the skaters I like if they performances will be uploaded, not gonna waste time for the entire thing (especially with Stojko who really makes me sick)
