I first saw him when SBS started broadcasting figure skating in the 2015/16 season but really went nutso after Helsinki WC in 2017. Its a nightmare if you want to go to see him because Europe and North America are so far and though Japan is close, their ticketing system makes it more and more nightmarish to get tickets every year. On the plus side, because our timezones are quite close, we really benefit when it comes to live streaming his appearances in Japan.

There are a handful of us around here, though some are hard to spot.
