    I realised when watching this that I am never going to forget Yuzuru Hanyu, never; he is here in my heart to stay. What life has already brought me, and whatever else life brings me, joys and sorrows, this period of time following and supporting him will be one of the best things in my life. Yuzuru is my very favourite art. (maybe most of you already realised this??!!!)

    It hilarious isn't it? I love it! Hobbies: NONE! (....but of course! as if Yuzuru would even bother with HOBBIES !!) Oh I love him! I can hear Javi saying "Yuzuru is a mystery and he'll stay a mystery because he hasn't got ANY Hobbies!! NONE at all!" NONE is so mysterious... (ummm ... Yuzu, heads up, we KNOW you love earphones music and gaming, sweetheart (Kazuki says his hobbies are : ramen chasing!! and shoe polishing!! I love him too!) Nam's are interesting as well! I think they all had a conflab about how to give us all a laugh on bio update day!

    Oh I love a good rant! I always want to rant on forums and SMS but I am too anxious about the responses I might get (having been stung before, and not really enjoying confrontation) - you are a brave one!! I love your selection (OK, wish) for the podium too! (How do you put things under a spoiler btw - I wrote a post earlier about the David Wilson video but didn't want to spoil it for others so guessed and turned on Hide then Submit - I think that was a mistake! where tf has my post gone???!!!

    IMO, this is a good interview with David being a bit more open about young Yuzuru and what he was like (ie not hugely interested in the choreo and mainly focussed on jumping, not untypical of a teen boy in FS!) and really praising Yuzuru as he matured, describing him as having an "artistic soul", praising Jeff and Shae-Lynn, and really saying Yuzuru is the best male figure skater for some generations. He also said if he was a gambler, he would always bet on Yuzuru to win as when he skates clean, nobody is better than him . Interesting thoughts on Yuna and Sochi Olympics!

Origin 2.0 wax figure of Yuzuru at Madame Tussaud’s in Tokyo on the way, due in April!! 💜💜💜 Yuzuru’s comments: “Hanyu about his wax figure getting a update: I'm very honored and pleased "Origin" has been selected.     Oh well my Pooh is on its way already, signed from Yuzuru Of course in usual times, the Pooh rain is a gift for Yuzuru, with love from us...and then the Poohs are HIS to donate, I think that was the idea.... this is the Pooh rain for Yuzuru, it’s just not raining on this occasion!! But they are still technically Yuzuru’s - does that make sense?? .......

    I thought/think it is such a lovely idea - my Pooh is already on his way and will get there a bit early! Whatever happens with Worlds, children will get a lovely Plushie courtesy of Yuzuru's fans/figure skating fans. Well done and thank you from us x

"The film, which will be directed by The Greatest Showman director Michael Gracey, follows Williams' stratospheric career, as well as the demons he faces along the way. It is set to start production this summer, with screenwriters Oliver Cole, Simon Gleeson and Gracey penning the piece".

    I've just watched this gorgeous wonderful masterful commanding performance of Oly Seimei again and I really noticed the speed of his skating ! .... and mine was the 14,777,888th view! I don't know why but I like that number, it seems significant, a good omen, lucky - hope it's lucky for Yuzuru rather than me, he deserves some luck he really does (mind you so do I !!!) Happy 3rd Anniversary of your 2nd Olympic title Yuzuru!

    I've not seen this before, have you? Clean runthrough of R&J in practice at Sochi (well he doesn't do all the jumps here eg. 3F) but he got the 2 quads and we see one beautiful 3A combo too before the camera has a look at Dai (during Yuzuru's RT arrrggghhh!!) EDIT oh I now notice it was only posted on YT today! This post has been tagged by yuzuangel as [NEWS].

    I want to be positive and celebrate this anniversary of Yuzuru's first gold Oly medal, I do, but I cant help worrying about how he is today, after the shock of another big earthquake, he will be worrying about everyone I have no doubt, but also about the rink, and feeling guilty probably that he is worrying about the rink and potentially worlds and where he is going to train etc. I know I am just guessing, but it makes celebration harder as I wonder whether he will be able to enjoy this day at all or even give any thought to those memories. 150 people injured I just read in the Japan Times, 2 seriously. Also, some people in Miyagi as well as Fukushima have had to be evacuated to evacuation centres. Just so awful for everyone, I cannot imagine how traumatic it must be with 2011 memories and ongoing reconstruction still at the forefront of Tohoku's (and Japan's) collective mind. EDIT: I dont mean others shouldn't enjoy the Oly memories though! Plus I know Japan and it's people including Yuzuru are strong, and will of course get through this as well.

    On top of the pandemic, this must be very hard for the people of Eastern Japan to take, especially with the 10th anniversary of the 2011 earthquake so close too. Thinking of everybody affected and sending love
