They looked also a bit more far apart than usual in the first part of twizzles I think...

ok I love love love the program and I absolutely love them but I wasn't expecting a WR here tbh...

Ice dance is my least favourite disclipine in fs..somehow I do not get the hang of it: but P/Ci, they touch me, they are artists, they have got style..So, this is my declaration of love for some ice dance!!

I could finally watch the whole thing, and yeah..in the first part they were totally far and in the slow-mo you could see that they were not in perfect sync. Also their lifts are anything but difficult, even in comparison with some other couples we've seen today.

 

Scoring doesn't make any sense anymore  in ID. I just feel depressed

Yeah, I do not get ID at all.

2nd-ing @sallycinnamon about the lift, tho. I mean, for a completely "blind to what counts as level and GOE points for ID's lifts" person, those lifts did not look complicated/difficult compared to other competitors'.

I like their style and for this pair, I am drawn more to watch the man than the lady, which says a lot.

But, I give up trying to make sense of all this.

Yeah, FD is a WR and so was the overall score. Soon we're going to see a short dance WR too -  probably at the Olympics.

 

I have given up a long time ago to make sense of this
