I still can't figure out what he said to translate the signs to Brian at around 0:42 - he says 'Yuzuru, really really positive (SOMETHING)' and then Brian says 'wow'. 

 

It's frustrating the hell out of me LOL because like... the literal translation of the signs is roughly 'Yuzuru, to great successes in the Olympic season' but the last word Yuzu says doesn't sound anything like 'success'/'results' or anything. May just be his accent.

I think the security is only a little higher than ACI.  And him hugging the kid was adorable. The child was so shocked, judging by the expression on his/her face,  the aftershock stun effect, has it worn off yet?  And nice way to make up for any bad PR from yesterday's "picturegate" incident.

he pronounced 'glory' really weirdly and said it twice to get the pronunciation right, that's what was throwing me off. 

So... we're quite happy for Yuzu even if he wasn't clean in SP and LP, but is it too much to hope that Yuzu ups his average and close the comp with at least a flawless swan in Notte Stellata? 

I can't believe how much 3A misbehaved for him last year for his EX. But omg I'll get to see the delayed single axel again!

I feel so happy please, Swan Prince, carry me on your wings into Happy Land  once again

I know some of us were bemoaning early on before the season started that we might never see the swan again, and now that it's a repeat (after Chopin and Seimei) some have conflicted feelings about it.

 

Yet if Yuzu plans to rotate his EXs for this season this might really be the last time we see him perform Notte Stellata, like, forever!

Idk, if he really wants to be eco-friendly with a purpose then i think PC would be a good time to grace us with the Swan once again, since he skated White Legend in Sochi

I wish we knew so I could say a proper goodbye!

 

The only reason I think he'll carry the Swan to PC or the rest of the season is because he doesn't fit into his old costumes anymore, but I actually think there's a higher chance (if he can find alternative costumes) for PW or the boobskirt to show up at PC. It's such a good throwback to miss.

 

 

OT: I know people say Yuzu might not be using Hana ni nare outside of Japan because it's in Japanese, but if he went with Notte Stellata for one whole season (I don't even know what foreign language that is) I wish he could give zero fxx and do a Japanese language EX outside his home country. Has he before?

Italian! The song and language is beautiful and matches Yuzu's swan perfectly.

 

 

If Yuzu recycles there are so many old programs and EX's I'd like to see from Yuzu that I can't even start on what I'd like to see in PC
