Iirc,Mihara was gifted beef at some local competition -Kobe beef,which is some fancy very expensive beef . Maybe it's ok to gift food from sponsors at competitions in Japan

Agree,I remember he was asked once,how he sees himself in the future and he said "I will be 28 years old!" with an expression as if it was "I'll be 100 years old!"

I remember her program abounding in doubles and not sure if she succeeded any triple. Maybe olympics looming would give her huge incentive to work harder to get her tech level up to scratch.
