June 1, 20224 yr For those who may be interested, I'm sharing a couple of Real Face youtube videos with subtitles. Subs in English and Japanese Subs in spanish (para los que no nos manejamos del todo bien con el inglés ) I suppose it has to be in other languages too. I don't know if you've already watched these videos. They're quite good in explaining the different jumps and how to tell them apart. This Tumblr post also explains the jumps quite well: https://the-real-xmonster.tumblr.com/post/161999318744/jumps-explained The way I learned it was to first learn and understand the different jumps and how to tell them apart in theory, then I just tried to recognize every jump when watching figure skating. The introduction of the tech box really helped a lot, since I could try to recognize the jump myself first and then look at the tech box and see right away whether I was right or not. Thank you so much for the videos and the link. I'm reallly grateful for the help and tips. I read something about edge and toe jumps....this honestly sounds a little complicate for me. So I think it will take a while before I can distinguish the jumps. What bothers me personally with some is the long run up before the jump. With Yuzu everything is in one flow.

This is very helpful @Anni Ganbatte!
June 1, 20224 yr @Anabel Thank you so much for sharing the videos of Real Face with the subtitles!!!! I feel that we, non-Japanse speakers, are missing half of the meaning and effort Yuzu put into this program for not being familiar with the song (and even with Jpop genre), the lyrics, and how Yuzu worked on the choreography to match those lyrics.

June 1, 20224 yr @Wintek you're welcome! When I read the twitter from Marika that @Xiupia shared I thought wanted to look for a subbed video to see what Marika said. I figured I wasn't the only one @Anni Yeah, I still can recognize only the axel, but I think I can improve with what @Yuzurella shared. So thanks for your best wishes, I'll need it
