He gave a PowerPoint presentation on how he came to write all the songs on the album and said that Another Level came about as a result of him imagining what it would be like to be the main character in a video game. She went off key a couple times, but the tone of her voice is gorgeous and they sound so good together. Jin really loves performing Running Wild and I'm in love with the live performance of Another Level. DJ Jino hated the song and I think he's crazy. But I love sentimental music (even if it is about a video game) Apparently Kpoppies were accusing Jin of lip synching. I guess because the lag caused the audio and video to not synch up yesterday? I just thought it was proof of how beautiful his live singing is. And his live singing normally sounds richer than the studio versions anyway so they don't even sound alike ETA: I guess it was straight up slander rather than a misunderstanding - it seems someone edited the studio version of the song onto the video from Happy, which made it really obvious that it was manipulated since there was a band for the live stage ETA: Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I guess you have to be into both to see the connection. Jin did sing live but his vocal tracks were too loud and that's what made it sound like he was lip syncing. I couldn't watch today's live stream because I went to bed at 2am and I needed to catch up on my sleep. Bummer I missed the performance with Wendy Sounds like Jin refused to wear a costume this time even though ARMY asked for the dinosaur one? Got too embarrassed after yesterday I suppose. For some tracks the backing track was a bit loud for others it was fine. But he didn't lip sing, because when he took a breather he just wasn't singing, so not hiding it. He clearly needs more time to get in 100% live singing shape, but honestly, that's to be expected after 18months of no practicing and I loved his vocals that were slightly unpolished on some parts. It was 109 for mv and 103 for dino costum if i remember it right (don't know if he did this yesterday as well). He even made them do it twice cause the first time the points were so close together🤷🏼♀️. The alien was hilarious, I was laughing so much when I saw it🤣🤣🤣. It was particularly noticeable on Moon. He wasn't singing the highest parts. He's clearly rebuilding his singing muscles gradually, and witnessing the process is making me super curious about the vocal coaches they work with. They obviously have some real experts guiding them in that regard. It would be easy to get impatient and give in to the temptation to force the high notes - but that'd ruin his voice for good.
