I like Boyang but I dnt wnt him to train with Yuzu for some reasons.

Boyang is a huge SNS person and I fear he may let slip yuzus confidential stuff carelessly sometimes...

2. Because Boyang is a threat to Yuzu competitive wise. I like Javi as Yuzus rival but not a quad monster. Fear it may push Yuzu to try crazy quads out of rivalry and injure yuzu.

Why isnt Shoma movin to TCC ? Damn JSF lol

1. Stephen Gogolev has all quads and he trains everyday right before the eyes of Yuzuru. It's not like Yuzuru is unaware of quad race in men's field

2. Shoma is also a threat to Yuzu. Why you want him to go to TCC but don't want Boyang to be there ?

3. It's not like no one at TCC uses SNS regularly.

Isn't Boyang also interested in headphones?

:pouty:

Although I'm not sure if he play video games like Shoma and Yuzu, but Shoma seems disinterested or not the type to initiate a conversation with Yuzu even if they train together anyway.

Anyway, I don't have much hope of Boyang moving to TCC. I kind of already lost hope with Wakaba and I'm not up for it being dashed again.

1. Shoma there would be worse because they both compete for the same country and that means they fight for the chance to compete at Worlds and other competitions. Plus Shoma's goal is literally to beat Yuzuru...

2. Yuzuru wanted to learn 4S from Javi. What he can improve by watching Boyang train? 4Lz

3. He already plans to train 4A - the craziest quad of them all. With or without Boyang there

4. When Nam was at TCC he didn't let anything slip on SNS. Or look how often Gabby posts at Instagram.

5. Brian would ask Yuzuru first if he is okay with Boyang there. Just like he asked Javi about Yuzuru. Plus:

quad monster sounds pretty hilarious when you consider boyang planned four all season and yuzu himself set out to have five quads in his free skate ;) plus he has nothing but respect for yuzu, and has named him as a goal and an idol for years. he may come across and lighthearted and childish, but he isn't careless.

To be honest I was jealous that Boyang would get more of Orsers teaching talent and it might threaten yuzus chance of Gold Medals haha

Jst a jealous fan .

Whereas Javi I did not feel jealousy nor entitlement that Yuzu shld have Brians attention and care more.

Javi went to TCC first and Javi never was a quad monster. (Quad monster is a compliment that means landing lots of diff types of quads)

But boyang is a quad monster I see him as a threat a serious one hahahaaha

.

I got jealous that would raise Boyangs chancs of beatin Goat Yuzu if he got Orsers training...

And i got scared that Quad monster may push yuzu to go for a crazy quad packed program and injure himself.

Hi guys, a little random here but this thread is called "'general Yuzuru chat" after all, so I hope I post at the right place.

Tonight I just watched Yuzuru's legendary Hope & Legacy 2017 with Italian commentators. I watched it many times before but only with English commentator versions. I'm glad I found this one tonight because the guys are so passionate and amazing with their comments. Now I'm on a hunt for other Yuzu videos with these Italian commentators all evening. Such a fun thing to do. However, I can't find any Pyeongchang videos with these 2 guys. Anyone has seen their 2018 Oly versions before? I guess they must be very emotional there, so I really want to see their reaction to his Chopin and Seimei in PC (even if I can't understand Italian, their voices are very emotional, :P)

I see Shoma as a less of a threat to Yuzus crown than Boyang. Because Shomas jumps prerotate and are bad quality wise. And I think Shoma needs serious help.

If Boyang is a quad monster, then Shoma is kinda one too, right? His jumps might not be as good as the other quad guys and Yuzu yet (according to many people, because I'm no figure skating experts) but Shoma also has many different quads and didn't he say before, he learned his Quad Loop by watching Yuzu's Quad Loop?

I really like both Boyang and Shoma, they seem like nice kids and hard-working, but from what little I've learned of them, I think Shoma will not like to go overseas to train. English seems to be a nightmare to him, worse than to Yuzu, and we all know how Yuzu feels about English.

About SNS privacy, Shoma is private, no worry about that. However, I noticed that Boyang is also a very considerate boy. He hid himself so other people can take pictures with Yuzu even though he also won himself a medal. That is a very kind thing to do. I don't think he will cause problem for Yuzu if Yuzu needs his privacy.

P.S: I just remember that "hiding oneself to not impose on other camera" action of Boyang is quite similar to Yuzu crawling behind Shoma in Pyeongchang! Somehow I just get this feeling that Boyang and Yuzu can match quite well in personalities, haha

Must be ambessi and dolfini?  I think they provide commentary for Europort Italia, hmm I'll try to find a link or maybe our planetary treasure @kaeryth knows of any link? :pouty:

1. Shoma has PCS potential, he also has more quads than Yuzuru practically. He is consistent thanks to his small jumps. And it's unlikely current scoring system cares much about quality of jumps. I can't get why you see Olympic silver medalist has less chance to beat Gold medalist than 4th.

2. Again. You think Shoma needs help with his jumps but fail to see Boyang needs help with his SS.

Yes, those 2 guys. I smiled a lot listening to them. Now I learn a new expression from them "Planet Hanyu, population, one"

It will be wonderful if you guys can find their commentary for his Olympic performances. Thank you very much!
