they say Yuzu jumped his 3A off a layback Ina Bauer in the finale... I can take that!!!

chance of 3A as the last jumping pass in the fs just rise (that also means last jumping pass in like the last 40 seconds of his free :drinks:)

Now I can't exactly criticize Shoma for safe, repetitive choices... or Nathan, or Javi. He's lost the high ground on originality.

Can't say I disagree entirely, though Olympics is apparently synonymous with going safe and unoriginal. I'm just slightly concerned with the choice because I want it to be in preparation for 4Lz in SP and not as a defensive move to not going clean with LGC.

Okay, well, I guess if this happens, I'm actually going to think about rooting for someone else for Oly Gold. Sorry! Chopin version 3.0 I can stand, but going back to BOTH programs is... a bit hard to swallow and just re-treading old ground that's been done and won. What more could he do with Seimei he hasn't done before except for jumps? This seems unlikely.

You know what, I'll accept it in one case: 4A :smiley-rpg012: Oh wait, that's against the rules

I am surprised, but not sad with Chopin SP. I hope that the choice was his, because he was happy with it, so I'm happy because I trust him. :space:He may have done a thorough analysis of the taste of the judges. Chopin is a beautiful program. I think he and his team are fighting for insurance, but I'm curious to see the changes Jeffrey Battle has made for this season. The layout will certainly be updated, 4LZ is coming, 4Lo combo, all  can happen. We are talking about Yuzuru. He always surprises us. I have faith. It will work.:snonegai:

To be fair for Jeff, he hasn't done anything. Jeff has had ice shows for 2 months and no time to do new choreography for Yuzuru.

In my book, after FAOI, either Yuzuru and Jeff will sit down and have a new SP properly.

or Yuzuru will do Chopin with spread eagle 4lz spread eagle, then 3A and quad combo in the second half.

His actual words are:'A new revised and corrected version for music as well'...
