Yes, but it's one way to make him actually reduce the number of quads for real

Hi, everyone, a lurker finally delurking! 

I just wanted to add my two cents about yuzu simpler layout. 

Can you imagine if Yuzu got the same scores as Shoma in the FS with just three quads! It is not even  a if, we know for sure that he is capable of it! 

It will be so glorious!

Is picking problematic for the knee? I'd say he got a little pain on the knee because of all those landings. Even with a soft knee, it's still hard. Although, picking does involve fast movement, so maybe a strain could come from that.

well technically the original seimei with 3 quads scored higher XD

I wonder if a 4Lo puts some extra strain on the right knee, more so than a 4Lz.

You're exerting considerable effort all through the leg to push up from the toe-pick, so my guess would be it does have an effect. In what grade I can't say, because medicine is not my division 

 

As to the cause, we can't know. Everything from a fall to the normal wear and tear of landing all the jumps could be suspect *shrugs*
