I think it's more they just can't be bothered...precious time away from training/gaming/manga-reading? Nothing a hair pin and a scrunchie can't fix! *As a short-hair peep, I'm also guilty as charged of having my hair grow out too long before I even notice I need a haircut. Link to comment
