Many fans really engaged their imaginations and have given suggestions about what they might like to see from Yuzu, on various social media platforms. Twitter ran some sort of "ask Yuzu" a message campaign a few weeks ago. Participants could submit challenges to Yuzu for future projects that they would like to see. @Henni147 made an inspired set of challenges, 'cinematic' skating with dramatic backdrops and sound system. The purpose being to present Yuzu's magnificent programmes with the scene set for each, to truly showcase the story. I'm guessing that that is the challenge Henni wanted to convey. I paraphrased this in a post few days ago. My 'wish' by comparison was rather boring and practical: for shows to be accessible for fans who are non resident in Japan, either organising/ allocating some tickets for purchase by fans who don't have Japanese credit card nor address, plus touring show in Europe or North America. Complete outside chance that Yuzu has been working in the field of Theoretical Physics, as a side project and has solved some of the equations that have been perplexing those in the Science community for ages. Solutions to those equations would be pretty unimaginable for quite a lot of people

Dear Ice Rink Sendai, Continue restocking the Irene gloves. You will never be short of funds or affection for the rink. Please consider building a new and larger rink, with spectator stand for shows and regional or national competitions. Keep the old rink for practice sessions. Yours sincerely, P xx (Just my tuppence worth of advice/opinion. Please don't be offended)

I cannot help thinking of Sean Bean giving the orientation talks for the induction of new employees at a company which makes tea. Hehehe Sorry slightly off topic, but imagine that kind of impassioned speech to promote what a wonderful athlete and inspiration Yuzu is. "Do it for Figure Skating" .... echoes reverberate around the rink, the crowd erupts and the rafters shake to cheers, applause, Pooh avalanche and not a dry eye in the house. Yuzu bows to all sides of the rink in turn and glides serenely back to boards to gather up Pooh san and Yuzu Pooh.

Yeah, but Sir Ian McKellen or Sir Patrick Stewart or Sean Bean, just as wonderful for voice over.

This season may well be the litmus test. Once the competitions restart and the programmes are presented and scored there may be a chasm between what is real and how highly inflated scores go. Attempts at erasing or overshadowing historic scores may lead to people speaking out. Some people like their cosy situations and will stay quiet so as to insulate themselves. On the other hand, as the power bases are eroded, people may have the courage to make public testimonials. The ultimate protest will be the boycott of competitions. Fans feel aggrieved at the way these sleights occurred, year on year. Many fans became disenfranchised and really only attended events to support Yuzu, their absence will be felt now that they will no longer attend competitions. Time will tell.

Sendai are always proud of Yuzu. Yuzu is their regional treasure and they show how much he means to them. ( I have a soft spot for Nekomasamune ) This post has been tagged by yuzuangel as [NEWS].

This is a really lovely support message and film, to celebrate Yuzu from his ever true and loyal blade smith. Considering that John Wilson Blades is based in Sheffield, I wish that they had used a well known British actor for the voice over - for example Sean Bean, who himself hails from Sheffield.

Can't quite manage that at the moment. Bitter, salty, bit more bitter, sour, petty.

Painful though it was to watch, I have seen all the footage from Beijing. If Yuzu had the courage to endure those terrible events, I felt that it was important to bear witness. It is etched into my memory and hurts to even recall what happened. Somehow, in a strange way, I know that I will never forget what happened there and neither will I forget what was inflicted on Yuzu during the season before PyeongChang and in the four years to Beijing, remotely via a screen it was a diluted experience, but I will remember. There is a famous saying:

WOW everyone Beautiful art works and photo compositions Lots of effort has clearly gone into these lovingly created compositions and messages The photo book will be a tangible reminder for Yuzu that so many fans want him to know how much his skating and he, himself means to them. The book can be his talisman of affirmation, having a physical object will carry a lot of meaning. There are wonderful tributes on line and Yuzu must receive many gifts. This photo and message book will be something that Yuzu will be able to look at easily should he ever need a little mood boost. For the contributors, we are really sending a hug in the form of the creative works, all bound together. Yuzu will know how much affection there is for him from all over the world. Please keep sending your creations and also share them here Thank you satellites for joining this project.

Fabulous artwork and inspirational message. I also used the theme of journey moving forward for my message and the words on the last page of the book, the map page

Remember how Yuzu refers to his jumps as his children. It seems quad Salchow is crying because he believes that it was his fault that Yuzu popped the jump. Yuzu is comforting him. Maybe chance for quad Sal redemption arc when Rondo is performed in 24h TV. Legend also has it that some of the jump Ladies betrayed the Emperor at various sojourns in the past. Ladies 3F and 4S have caused the Emperor some degree of consternation. Lady 3A has always been his most loyal companion, of course.

Wonderful drawing and sentiments. The symbolism of a new vista of opportunity that an open door represents is very clever

When Yuzu performed Rondo at JNats and he stood on the ice at the end, seeing the expression on his face, all the doubt that had been forced on to him with false scoring was washed away. There is no point thinking about what ifs, but as Brian said in interview, if Yuzu had skated Rondo at Beijing, like the performance at JNats, the entire story would have had a different ending. Not a single person, can deny the genius of a clean Rondo. ( I defy anyone, not compromised by delusions, to say that this programme is not a work of art )

Yes definitely Imagination engaged .... The lights go up on a 19th century Opera House, Phantom emerges from the shadows wearing the famous half mask... Starlight speckling a wintry night sky, the moon appears from behind a cloud and illuminates a lone swan completely still at the centre of a frozen lake.... Dawn breaks over a mountain range, revealing a majestic waterfall cascading down the mountain side towards a deep green forest through which the river rapids run... Mists are blown away by a light breeze revealing a small shrine in a bamboo forest, dappled light filters through the leaves of bamboo. Flutes play a haunting melody and the bamboo sways in the breeze, a lone figure makes a symbolic gesture and turns slowly .... So many exciting possibilities. Fly Yuzu
