In the waiting room of the Citizens' Office I thought a little bit about a possible Origin recycling. If Yuzu plans to repeat it, it's an understandable choice. You don't invest so much time, love and sweat in a choreography that you only skate four times in competition (twice with painkillers). I'm sure it would bother him to leave Origin like that. Considering the massive technical upgrade that he plans, it's good to have a familiar program anyway. My concerns: 1. Origin - no matter which music cuts he picks - is an incredibly explosive and physically demanding program. I don't know, how much he has worked on his stamina and the efficiency of his movements, but Origin is a killer, especially with 4-5 quad monsters. 2. Yuzu has recycled a couple of programs in recent years and this could lead to annoying narratives again. I hope that it won't, but it's the skating community we're talking about... If Origin is the choice, I cross my toes and fingers that he can finally skate this program to his satisfaction. If not, I'm curious what it will be (unlikely, but let's wait and see).

And we thought, an upgrade of his ISU bio would be the least spectacular announcement... "Yuzu, how do you REALLY think about the scores of Judge 4?"

When I saw the pics of the glove-incident for the first time, I read in Yuzu's eyes: "Sigh... How shall I do the Hydroblade without gloves now? This program is cancelled."

@Veveco Gomen that I can't help in the printing question, but I've read the whole PDF now (minus the blurry comments) and it made me inexpressibly happy. The love and support is really radiating from these pages. It's the best energy booster for Yuzu that his fans can give him. So once again: Thank you so so so much for this hard work!! It would be nice for sure, if Yuzu read the book before the start of the new season, but I think ACI is fine, too. PS: I can totally picture him analyzing our fan survey on his couch: 'Oh wow, Origin and Notte Stellata costume were really that popular! Let's pick more sparkling feather costumes in the future...'

That was long overdue. Hope that Notte Stellata can follow soon. Both programs deserve it

Oh thank you, didn't know that. What would happen, if all scores and other stats are the same? (Not that this will ever happen... ) To be honest: If two skaters have exactly the same score, they both deserve the gold. In many other sports it's no problem either to award two gold medals and figure skating is a sport, where you can only win one Olympic medal in four years (maybe two, if you have a strong fed in the team event behind you).

Now that I think about it... There was a veeeery little chance that both win gold in PyeongChang, but Yuzu and Javi would have needed exactly the same score in both SP and FS. This is extremely rare... Okay, their friendship is one of a kind, too. So it would have been symbolic somehow, aye? However. It's great as it is.

My guess for the competition thread: Practice day: +100 pages SP day: +100 pages FS day: +200 pages

So that means, Alina's SP won't survive very long on YT next season... This is the only reason, why I hope that Yuzu won't bring back LGC but pick some copyright-friendly music

It's great to see that Yuzu and Alina get along with each other and Yuzu supports her. I really liked their sbs 3F in practice at Worlds, it was better in sync than most sbs jumps in pair competitions

I rewatched the movie Bohemian Rhapsody yesterday and remembered how many Queen fans we actually have here on the Planet... I thought about editing a 1 hour Queen medley with some fitting Yuzu footage including his legendary air guitar escalation to Don't Stop Me Now at the GPF 2015 gala (you're free to suggest your favorite songs of course.) Currently I'm still working on the spin collection, so it will take some time, but... would that be an idea for a streaming party in the future?
