  1. I think so, too. At Worlds Nathan might get sth around 107 or 108 points for today's short. That's my guess at least... Yuzu's average SP score this season is +105. All nine jump elements received positive GOE, that's so impressive. He seems to feel very comfortable and confident with Otonal. It's a program he can rely on
  2. Yuzu, beware: Nathan topped your SP score from ACI 2017 a few minutes ago: 113.42 W.T.F.
  3. Oh, that's easy actually Yuzu has ---> Algorithm cracks up

    Origin

Hello everyone! I'm working on a new preview video for Worlds 2019 and I need a proper image of Yuzu's Origin program (with 'proper' I mean the most amazing Origin pic ever of course ) I've found some good ones, but they do not fully satisfy my expectations... (which is really strange, since it's been super easy to find perfect pics of Otonal). 1. Really good quality/resolution (around 700 x 1000 px or higher), super sharp and upright format 2. Yuzu should be of full size or at least from torso upwards (arms, fingers, hair etc. not cut away) 3. Serious face (not friendly, but not too psycho either ) 4. Costume details should be visible/bright 5. Characteristic/exciting pose 6. (Very important!) I need the permission to use it! Don't want to have any copyright issues... I'm sure: if anyone in the world can help me, it's the fandom itself ;) Thank you very much!!
  5. I was totally not expecting this... Olympic Channel never fails to turn a really bad day into a great one! I can see how Yuzu's sitting at his desk brooding how to put his thoughts into worlds... Discard them a couple of times and think of something new... Then filming himself full of excitement ^^ Hope, Javi's absence from TCC won't get him down too much
  6. Okay, things getting interesting now: Exclamation mark vs Fanyu power https://mobile.twitter.com/LaureusSport/status/1087296676728131585 Seriously: Independent from the comeback-award Yuzu is THE winner of Laureus. Already. I bet my account that every single nominee, committee member, SM maintainer and occasional viewer has already googled, who this mysterious Hanyu guy with tons of fans is. There's no better advertisement for figure skating, Japanese sport and Olympics 2020. Wouldn't be surprised, if the committee had a serious quarrel at the round table right now...
  7. Aye!! Just looked it up: he could be the first figure skater ever in any discipline to win a Laureus!!
  8. I'm not sure, if this has been shared somewhere already, but Yuzu has now been officially nominated for the international Laureus Sports Award 2019 in the category 'best comeback of the year'!! https://mobile.twitter.com/LaureusSp...90049697345536 The five contenders for this award besides Yuzu are: CAN Mark McMorris (snowboarding) NED Bibian Mentel-Spee (snowboarding) IND Vinesh Phogat (wrestling) USA Lyndsey Vonn (skiing) USA Tiger Woods (golf) All my fingers crossed for Yuzu. He could become the first figure skater ever to win a Laureus!! The award ceremony is scheduled for the 18th February. Since it's a really big thing, I'm sure that Yuzu will be there despite his preparations for Worlds, no? So we could see him again earlier than expected!
  9. Thank you very much everyone! Aye, it was his second senior season and we remember, how hard he was gasping after his performances back then... Compared with his other jaw drapping YOLO jumps a 2T doesn't seem to be a big deal, but for him it was for sure
  10. Hello everyone! I've finally found my way to this forum and I'd like to celebrate my first post with this brand new video: A collection of Yuzuru Hanyu's best YOLO jumps and layout changes!!
