It all makes me so sad. I haven't even watched the last live of the four saying goodbye. Saving it until I have some quiet time to reflect, and cry. It just makes my heart burst to see all seven together. (Insane getting ready to travel -so being quick here). I screen shot all the photos of them together so i have multiple of all. This one - info we didn't have

Yes -Westies are rat hunters. And foxes and badgers. This rat was going straight up an inside wall (in the outside laundry room). They killed two baby ones a month or so ago. And I know they know they are there. They sniff around like wild dogs. And I just as soon they don't get a hold of a rat. Those suckers are big and I don't wnat my pups bitten. It's 10 in the morning in Korea. JK and Jimin are likely on their way. I'm dying.

How can someone look do handsome with a shaved head? Going nuts getting ready to leave in two days, dog sitters arriving tomorrow. Cleaning TOO much. Arghhh. Worse: spotted an actual full size rat climbing up my (outside) laundry room wall last night. Now, I have to deal with rats and I haven't even started packing yet. Plus, extraordinary sadness. Wow, I'm going to miss those guys.

Interesting that Tae has his parents living with him. And the best for Tannie!

I've already asked him for a gift card. Even though he's ARMY, he's never ordered from the Weverse Shop (and would likely freak out if he saw what kind of money I've obviously spent.) It is a magical sweatshirt but It's generally warm and not sweatshirt weather where I live and I have plenty of BTS branded t-shirts. (And a sweatshirt.) JK might have loved being in special forces but he'd always have come home to BTS. HIs shot to "global pop star" and records broken could have made him think he doesn't need or want to be one of seven, but it's really clear, he is BTS. And, I think he is not unhappy about enlisting with Jimin and being with Jin. (I doubt there is "friend" or companion enlisting in special forces...)

The Artist Made sale reminded me about how much money I spent on those things and how frantic we all were. The only thing I didn't get that I'd like is the purple Jimin hoodie, but, again, even though it looks great on @rockstaryuzu, it's still. with shipping, just too expensive for a sweatshirt for me, right now. (You can tell, I'm still in the process of talking myself out of it.....)

The Wings Tour. March 2017. I can understand how a busy, traveling business woman might not know who BTS was in 2017. Even if she did, vaguely, why is it they are here? It would have been like a Twilight Zone episode, even if she knew who they were (and, if she did, she'd still have been an adult business woman and not likely to harass them or go all ga-ga fan girl. And that's a monster cheese board. I know in this country, if you were carrying that, they'd send you through a special "agriculture" customs area. They'll do that even if you have rocks. Anyway, how cool.....I wonder if any of the members remember this. They were probably pretty tired, too. That was their first stop on that LONG tour and they would have just arrived from KOrea.

Interesting that RM knows what they are doing when they are sleeping. I wonder what we'll see from their trip. Tae will be in amazing shape when he returns. Having to learn all martial arts, he'll certainly have maintained his ability to do high kicks. That one post looks like they are climbibg buildiongs in the city and I guess we heard he'd be in Seoul. Is that just for his initial training? Or, do we think he'll get to stay in Seoul the entire 18 months? Edit: subs are up!

This cost 1.2 million dollars? There is at least one nearly identical piece in a museum in Seoul (in the Hannam district). It is sort of lime green. And I don't think sitting on it will cause it to break. Why is he kicking off his sneaker? I wonder what this photo is from....maybe one of his photo shoots? (it is clearly his apartment with the Kaws in the back corner-) Also, going into Live withdrawal .

That has to have have influenced JK and Jimin's choice of Jin's base (don't they also get more leave?). I miss his laugh. I miss Hobi's laugh, but he is someone who takes his "job" very seriously. We have to remember his interaction with Jin and ARMY at the AgustD concert. I believe our Hobi is still in there.

Agree completely. It would be sad to think that Hobi had lost his enthusiastic greetings. I suspect that Hobi is restrained when he's at his base. If Jimin was visiting him there, Hobi is probably not going to be as familiar - I think that Jimin and JK will see that Jin isn't as Jin-like when they are at his base, except when they are truly away from other military personnel.

The way Tae laughs at JK. Their affection for each other and ease together is so sweet. Of course, I was sleeping. But will relish it once it's subbed. I read translations on twitter and love this analysis -

They must have decided to not renew their contract after the usual five year deal. This is surprising They are so popular. I wonder if they maybe didn't really get along with each other. They didn't have the same environment that BTS (or TXT) have, with true dependance on each other for years before "making it". I do think of them as more of a manufactured band, maybe because their being members of that group was determined by public voting and not careful consideration by a producer like Bang. There's something to be said for a hard scrapple start. Plus, we know that it takes some selflessness to prosper as a team. I wonder if we will hear more. The official BigHit announcement didn't have the dates of entering bases - so we don't really know if it is next week, or if it was this week. And if Jimin and JK were able to enlist together and be with Jin, why wouldn't RM try to be at the same base as Hobi? Maybe the timing has something to do with it. He put this off until some of his options were likely gone. It's good to know Tae will be in Seoul,, at least initially. I wonder if he will be in or on a base - or does he get to go home, too (that would mean he could see Tannie quite a lot.)

I love to hear that the members (presumedly the four who are still "free") visited Jin on his birthday. Maybe even Hobi and Yoongi, though Yoongi may be still in the "can't do anything" period. I hope we get a picture.

Happy Jin Day - (though now 12/5 in Korea). The Astronaut MV hit 100M views today - finally. He is so thoughtful to have made all those messages for ARMY before he had to go away. I am hoping for a Live from one of the members before next week - maybe more than one of them? I saw a post with one of Yoongi's last lives and it struck me, again, that we are about to go into a profound drought. Fun post that I'm going to have a big print made of-

So much trouble to go to for a fake - Cool pic, though. I saw a bit of this on an Instagram reel and pulled it up because I don't think I've seen it before. I know the song, but hadn't seen this MV of it. The precision dancing is insane - and so obvious that Jimin and Hobi are the ones who were dancers years before this (though they all are amazing.) And, as it's Jin's birthday in Korea, he has a nice solo at the end.

Is this maybe what he was doing in London?

I saw the Instagram post his brother put up the other day - what he actually wrote on the post os slightly different than this account, but.... Happy Birthday, Jin (his birthday started 40 minutes ago in Korea so I will keep wishing him a Happy Birthday until late tomorrow night (celebrate fro 40 hours -). I wonder how Jin was notified of this event. I'm glad his brother went and I expect Jin has seen photos. Huge event. Thanks for additional info. I still plan on complaining about this to Weverse. My phone is a "mini" and doesn't have a huge screen - I feel I should be able to access the same functions on my computer as I can on my phone. (In addition to the fan letter, I also can only access "bonus" videos that were part of purchasing concerts, on my phone. Teeny tiny video. I sent Jin a birthday message and was able to copy and paste a couple of messages in Korean that I'd sent to myself in an email accessible on the phone. Only pieces of messages - or short ones. But it's a way to get something in Korean into the letter (until I have a way to access a Korean keyboard on the phone, if possible - not that i would know what to write, as of now....) BTS is featured in the 40th anniversary of MJ's Thriller -

FYI: As is the case with many Weverse features, I can only get to the + on my phone and not on my computer. At all. I wonder how anyone can handwrite letters or use Korean. Just one more thing to bring up in a long complaint letter to Weverse.

It's interesting that we rarely see footage of JK (or any of the members) arriving in other countries (except when they were at some fashion shows in Europe and security was negligible). No footage of Tae arriving in London or JK arriving in LA, yet ARMY knew that's where they were going. Maybe it's because there isn't an easy train to get on to LAX or LHR (though there is a train- it's just expensive...). LA has a more relaxed attitude towards "stars", though, obviously, BTS has their sasaengs everywhere. This is probably the last time he'll be mobbed like this for a year and a half. Little solace.
