  1. It hasn't been - and I think this is the only recordning of him singing it in English I've seen (or heard). I continue to have issues with the tech people at Weverse. Whoever works on the webpage doesn't seem to bother with having functions consistent across platforms - is this so hard? An advanced tech country like Korea should not have these issues and it's driving me nuts. I wrote a couple of Fan Letters in December to the group and also to Jin for his birthday. I did it on my computer so I could have translations into Korean. Now they say that it isn't available. This is their response. Re: 컴퓨터 웹페이지 지원 Issues with webpage From: [email protected] To: [email protected] Sat, Feb 3 at 2:12 AM Hello. This is Weverse customer service center. We appreciate you providing us with valuable feedback regarding the difference in availability between the Weverse app and the Weverse webpage. Please note that you can currently only send fan letters through the mobile app. Fan Letter is not available on the Weverse webpage (both on the mobile and desktop website). In addition, if you are unable to play content on your PC, please confirm the PC browser version of your device. [Browser Verison Recommended] => Chrome v35 or higher, Firefox v47 or higher (Windows 7 or higher), IE 11, Edge (Windows 8.1 or higher), Safari v8 or higher (Mac OC 10.10 or higher) Please clear your browsing history in Explorer on your PC and restart your computer. Kindly reboot the computer after you clear the web browser history. Furthermore, we will send your inquiry to the relevant department as valuable feedback to improve our service. We appreciate you using Weverse and will strive to improve ourselves to better serve our customers. If you have further questions, please contact us through the Weverse App 1:1 Inquiry for prompt assistance. Thank you. Official for All Fans, Weverse Exactly what is the relevant department? Rrrrrrrr. I have one letter saved for Jimin and I want to send Hobi birthday greetings that he won't need a translator around to read (on the supposition they actually get these letters...) And what is Weverse App 1:1?
  2. There is something about this that I don't like. Maybe it would be illuminating as it is Hybe - but has to be fictionalized. We have already been invited in to see so much of their interaction with each other and, while we also know that some of that was sort of manufactured, it was them. It will probably do really well, but....
  3. For reasons I don't understand, twitter won't allow pulling up a tweet that I send to my computer. Just another reason to not like them. So this is from threads - Amy Klobuchar is still tryng to fix this https://www.threads.net/@amyklobuchar/post/C20VpvcpA55/
  4. OK, and I found this and it makes it sound like Tae will not actually be trudging along the demarkation zone - and who knows what source to trust? https://www.sportskeeda.com/pop-culture/news-i-proud-you-fans-laud-bts-taehyung-set-deploy-2nd-army-corps-chuncheon-gangwon-province and - more record setting- https://www.sportskeeda.com/pop-culture/news-bangtan-style-bts-becomes-1st-act-history-song-reaching-1-world-digital-song-sales-chart-consecutively-9-years
  5. Jin, Jimin and JK are in the north, too. RM's base is near the border, but Tae is going to be on the actual border. North Korea has been very very aggressive lately, with missiles, but also with reinforcing their border and guard posts. I read that only a very few recruits get sent to this unit but I still wonder if, after being in the military and no longer having a say, if he'd have chosen this posting or if he had no choice. I wouldn't want to put a freshly out of training camp recruit in such a serious position. I guess, yes, little chance any ARMY shows up at the most northern bases, but they have shown up where the three J's are. I just hope that all five of them get extra days off because of the added risk and, especially for Tae, added danger.
  6. As if we weren't worried enough. I wonder if he knew all about what he was signing up for before choosing this. Somehow, I thought he'd be in and around Seoul, not on the actual front lines.
  7. And I forgot about this. Apparently some chunk of ARMY is planning a Fake Love comeback. I kind of like that there are influential ARMY twitter groups making sure that BTS has an older song suddenly jump in the charts. I think Danger was last month...
  8. A short piece of what I believe is the dvd from his tour stop in Japan..
  9. Bangtan behind the scenes - Tae focused -
  10. It's sad Yoongi has so many more days than Jimin and JK -
  11. A week before his enlistment. And, wow, it looks so cold-
  12. I have seen a couple of Instagram/Twitter posts - clearly taken at about the same time - from Namjoon. Anyone else think this shows that he is finally learning to drive. as it looks like that's a driving course -
  13. And who couldn't be a fan of Keegan?
  14. A Namjoon behind the scenes post - And fodder for all JiKook shippers - I love that their friendship is referred to as wholesome. Also - dubious sourcing - https://www.sportskeeda.com/pop-culture/news-jimin-jungkook-glued-together-24-7-a-netizen-s-alleged-claim-bts-members-leaves-fans-awe
  15. I think I was thinking of what is culturally the norm here - but absolutely agree with that having everything in-house keeps all info in-house. Bad actors will leak anything, even if it's no big deal. I wonder if the Jin incident precipitated this new clinic at Hybe. It must be a relief to members and trainees that they can speak to the medical staff openly, fully and candidly without fear. I bet it's unwise to be thorough and candid in a less secure location.
  16. I think it's great to have an in-house clinic, but there's a tiny piece of my suspicious mind that is concerned some medical intervention- like the need and frequency of IV fluids- is being done in-house to keep it out of the press. Such a suspicious mind....
  17. Oh boy - something new. [The Compose campaign is sure to win something in 2024 -] https://www.pinkvilla.com/entertainment/bts-jins-ramyun-project-bags-silver-medal-for-marketing-campaign-promotion-at-2023-korea-digital-advertising-1273414
  18. How does a 'fan live' differ from a performance?? Having not been to one, I think of them as involving one on one engagement. I think I just go back to what I've seen of early-ish BTS fan lives - isn't it a chance to meet the members face to face? 6500 would be a lot of people for that and I think of TXT as being more protected than to be sitting across the table from a fan. But I have no idea, really. But they were getting larger stadiums at the end of their last tour - 20K maybe? They definitely need larger venues in Seoul and any venue they play for their next tour - and I hopefully think that they will announce something when they get ready to release their next album -maybe 6 months after their last.
  19. Best fan group, too. ARMY. vote-
  20. First thing that showed up on youtube when I pulled up the website. And i was barely awake. Whoa -
  21. I guess it would have to have been a couple of years ago. I do agree with him, though.
  22. oh - and this - https://www.koreaboo.com/stories/bts-jin-comments-kpop-idols-debuting-too-young-unfortunately-become-reality/
  23. So hard to get any fresh BTS news - TXT has been in Paris and I need to get some pics of that - but a couple of little things - I guess there was backlash for IU. and a single Namjoon insta update;
  24. i have to think that the region/unit RM is at would also be considered "hazardous duty" allowing him to get more days off. I thought the pile on at 3:55 was funny but son't like the idea of Tae fighting terrorists. I think he wanted the motorcycle training -
  25. And yes! Missed again! Barely, though, I had to go get my car- which is, thankfully, fixed. hope it stays that way -
