  1. Every little while, Weverse does post a notice stating that they are (and continue to) cancel and block those that are "inappropriate" in the comments during Lives/. And I think it is moderators at Weverse who are pulling them off in real time. I think that's one of the reasons that the company likes to be notified about lives (remembering JK getting in a little trouble for just doing a live a number of months ago when he clearly states he hadn't cleared it with the company. What is the matter with negative people and haters? If you don't like all members of BTS, just don't watch.
  2. I think that's Hobi!!!! Also doubt we'll see any more like these - clearly the people who posted them were violating the rules.
  3. I've only seen part of Suchwita (as we had a massive microburst storm last night and I am still recovering - lost a 10-12 ft tall cactus and many large branches on my giant mesquite - and so much to clean up). It was on YouTube when I turned my computer on and at the part where he's talking about more songs and a mini-album but no actual songs yet. And December - I was actually a little disturbed by that (and haven't watched all of it so I don't know what he's said about all of them being better as a group than as solos - as have all the others) because it's as if he's trying to embark on a solo career without thought to the fact he has to enlist by a certain date for them to have a half chance of a 2025 comeback. He seems both over confident right a long side of feeling like he has no confidence (until he's in front of ARMY and singing). All of them know that the reason they are being so well received as solo performers is because they are BTS. Yes - the music is great and the performances, too - but it's BTS that got them here and got them ARMY. Even Yoongi, during his Agust-D concerts is smiling and so happy when he sings Life Goes On and the full BTS fan chant starts up. Worrying because I'm stressed today....SO stressed.
  4. The more I think about JK and Seven and the fact that there is a physical CD coming out (where is it? It's supposed to have shipped!) and now all the talk of Tae's solo promotion being in September, I am wondering if there really is an entire album of JK's actually coming out. It reminds me a little but of RM working on music since Indigo, but not firming up anything specific. They could all be writing and saving and putting things out there after they get back from the military. I have such mixed feelings, knowing how I'll miss each one but anxious to have them all back together. If Tae's stuff is coming out in 5 or 6 weeks, no way JK would be releasing something in the interim. Or RM. And they do plan on being back for 2025, so the military looms for the five still not in. We sort of believe that Jimin was waiting for JK to have his solo project out and the two of them enlisting either at the same time or roughly the same time. Yoongi and RM, I think, must be thinking of a time after this last set of three Agust D concerts. If we are to believe that they have all been serious about being OT7 in 2025, then they all must leave and come back (). I was surprised that RM didn't enlist about the same time Hobi did so am very bad at guessing these things, and maybe he stayed back to help the younger ones launch, but he and Jimin; soon Yoongi and likely JK, have done their solo promotions. (Remembering that JK also had Dreamers...). They can't want to leave what they have going but they also know they must. God, what an awful quandary.
  5. I don't have Disney, so trying to watch the little clips of TXT's documentary. This is cute, and so Hobi of Hobi.
  6. Splitting the cost is the only way I'll go for the 3-day ---- but I do want those extras (I have no idea why.....). How many of us plan on watching? (Not counting Amy - unless she might want to watch the days she doesn't have a ticket for....)
  7. It doesn't matter whether I can afford it or not, or if I have the time, unless and until Weverse deems me something other than "missed" (ie: "loser"), I won't be able to see anything.
  8. Second week as #1 It bothers me that the nurse got off so easily. I don't know what the proper punishment would be, but losing her nursing license might have sent a lesson. And Amy - who doesn't "miss" and gets to go to all the concerts. So jealous. I'm trying to decide if I want to spend the money to watch the streams, and which ones - since 3 in the morning is not a good time for me. Part of me feels that I've spent so much on streaming and that I should be able to see anything special from the concerts (like other members showing up and/or performing) on YouTube or Daily Motion. That's me being angry at Hybe. At least the Lollapalooza livestream is free for TXT. Don't do the Daydream Believers unless you feel it necessary. Nothing you haven't seen before and most of it is about other artists, not our guys. Still hoping to see a post with a nice shot of Hobi in it while he's on leave. And thinking that if a trainee army group just finished their 6 week training, that Jin would also be able to take a couple of days off. Too much to hope for.
  9. Hybe has been putting up tweets and Insta posts requesting translators for Lives in real time. No knowing just how many languages they have translators for, but I think, as with most translations, we need to see multiple translations to really get a good idea of what's said. And since I missed most of it - did he mention seeing Hobi at all? Tae can't throw out anything now - it's clear the recording has been completed. Probably in the ":clean-up" stage and photos and maybe some tweeking - but set.
  10. He isn't taller than Jin and I think the face thing is really about perspective and whose face is closest to the camera. Standing next to each other, there really isn't much of a difference.
  11. If Tae does have a collab, with Lady Gaga, that would do it for him. Jimin didn't have any one collaborating for Face or any of the singles off it, but even Yoongi had a collab on his first release from D-Day. He does have a massive fan base as a solo person - but for music, a collab with someone like Gaga would give him a chance to do as well on the charts as the Jimin and JK. I think it still would have to be something with a bit of up-tempo. I guess we will see. Interesting that there has been zero mention of an actual album from JK or a release date and Hybe is certainly not going to release something near Tae's release (that we have no date for). JK is riding high right now, as he should be, but his seeming confidence level as a solo artist seems a little over the top. He, too, will have to do the military thing in the next 8 months or so...I;m interested in his Suchwita episode and what he has to say about OT7 as all the others have said that they know that is the future and that as 7, they are better than any one of them on their own. I got a response from Weverse about the scheduling of the replay for the Aug 4 concert being the same as the livestream and difficult, if not impossible, for ARMY in No and So America. While I still think it was an error, they're sticking with it - and that means that if I want the extras or to even see that day, I have to get the 3 day pass (not inexpensive) and get up in the middle of the night. "Your concern is quite valid, and I think it makes sense. However, please understand that there is no other good option, as Delayed streaming has usually been streamed after a week from the day of live. If you do not have the time for Day 1, I recommend purchasing a ticket for Day 2 or Day 3. It may sound ridiculous to you, but we can't change it while it's already published. We will be more careful about decisions on the day/time of the next event. Apology again." I guess they didn't figure that into their replay scheduling - which, among other things, is not a good financial decision on their part - And this is page 100 again so we will probably have half the posts deleted any day by the PH administrators - Hope to see someone post a photo with Hobi in it (other than the blurry RM one....)
  12. That's who I thought is him- and of course he'd have a hat on. Tae. He is not JK. He is not Jimin. His style is his own and I really hope that the song that is the single released before or with any album is chosen for its energy. Tae's best singing is crooning and slow, beautiful lyrical stuff - but he helped write Run so has some capability at higher energy songs. I think for it to be a hit, he will have to have something chosen for him, or presented to him (like JK was presented Seven....by Bang, I think.) HIs soft songs are so beautiful but I don't think they would have the selling power of Jimin's and JK's. Who knows? He has thrown out so much stuff. Hopefully RM will be influential here, but it isn't a competition and I hope Tae knows that. He has his acting, too. I'm having a hard time really seeing a hot choreography and a catchy beat for Tae. And, at this point, I don't think he (or ARMY) will be able to top Jimin and JK. He may know that and that may be what's been holding him back. But an album of covers of crooner classics would suit me. That fits him. And, wow, I hope we see some more little bits of Hobi...
  13. Am I the only one that thinks Hobi is in this blurry post? (No one on Twitter has suggested as much.)
  14. Translation of RM post - (and trees get all their nourishment during daylight hours so the suggestion that whoever being a tree should eat and drink at night is a little off, says the dendrochronologist...but., hey, art.)
  15. I don't know who arranged for Jimin to actually get the guitar from Ryan - but how amazing that he did. I do know that almost all the principals in production (Barbie), from the director on down, are female, so no surprise that there had to be ARMY in there. I somehow don't think Jimin would do a NYC-ICN quickie RT just to pick up this guitar. It had to have been delivered to Seoul- (and YES to Jimin being back on Instagram!!!) Hobi has some vacation time! Four days? He'll for sure go see his family and MIckey and then Seoul. Fingers crossed we get something -
  16. I had guessed, even presumed, that JK would be headed back to Seoul after London and seems to be the case - there is a live feed from Incheon happening right now, waiting for his arrival. It is the 24th in Korea. But the only non stop flights to Seoul are Korean and Asiana Air - the first due at 3:50, so more than four hours from now? There isn;t much of a crowd or press at the airport so maybe this is true. Kind of stunning they show up so far in advance. (I suppose he could have gone to Paris or some other city and flown from there, but...) Anyway, July 24 is the 100th day in the military for Hobi so he'll get his first leave starting on the 24th or maybe it's after 100 days, so he'd have leave as of the 25th. I figured that OT7 would be in Seoul, if they could, to see Hobi. I'm really looking forward to someone capturing a random shot of them all (maybe minus Jin). I doubt there will be anything formal since there wasn't anything official when Jin had his first leave. I think this is the first full day there has been nothing new. The choreo for Seven video - technically released as the 23rd began- and one RM Instagram. It feels empty.
  17. Correct - I was wrong about who was on stage - but Morgan Wallen was one of the performers at the festival. Jason Aldean just happened to be on stage when the shooting started. Truthfully, I can't tell them apart from each other....
  18. The Morgan Wallen vs JK thing - MW's song is not just racist, it's also pro-gun. The MV has him in front a courthouse that saw a lynching of a young man. His racism is so blatant and sickening - but the gun violence thing? I want to point out that it was him who was on the stage in Las Vegas when a gunman opened fire on festival attendees and killed at least 59 people. The largest mass shooting in US history (which is saying something since we have multiple people killed with guns on a daily basis). His tone-deafness is appalling. I was disappointed that BBC had such a small audience for JK - I';m sure they were overwhelmed with requests and also wanted to make sure the location was secure, but did they not know they could shoot this someplace else and have a thousand well behaved ARMY there? Someone didn't do research.
  19. According to Spotify - there were 14 official versions of Dynamite added on Sept 18, 2020 but that's just when someone made a playlist - and the day four versions were actually released. So original on Aug 21, then two days later, two new versions, and within a week, there were six versions total released. It looks to me that some were renamed but 14 total "names". I think some are the same version with a different name. What ARMY's buying strategy was before that is something I don't know, but they certainly were topping Asian and Japanese charts years before Dynamite. I guess I never realized before BTS that multiple versions of the same song was a "thing" - except maybe an instrumental version. Evidently the strategy of all those releases is to keep the song high on the Billboard charts as long as possible. Life Goes On didn't have so many - and I don't know if every version of any of their songs were sold, like on iTunes, as Seven is, but just released to be put on playlists.
  20. JK's photo book concept was vampire-y. He must like vampires. His sleep patterns certainly work for a vampire.
  21. You put me to shame - i spent two days just trying to get through the first two "letters" of the alphabet. It's going to be 111 here (that's about 44C) and I just went to the pool to cool off. Trying to save a hornet from drowning, i ended up being stung. Trying to save it! How dare it? I'm not allergic but my baby finger is red and swollen. Ouch - Anyway - the lifeguard mentioned to someone she is leaving in two weeks to spend two years in France, to learn French. I guess she just graduated from the U here - and is fluent in Chinese and Korean. I asked her if she'd been to Korea. No. And no intention of going because - she doesn't like Korean food. This is not an acceptable reason to not travel to Korea as far as I'm concerned. There are actually non-spicy foods available there. Some people do have an affinity for language acquisition. I am not one of those people.
  22. The 24th is Hobi's 100th day so he should be getting a break (for 4 days?) after that. I think I remember that this brutal hike was right before Jin has his first leave. And to the multiple (I'd say too many) versions of Seven - it seems like part of the particular push by the distributers (Geffen? Hybe? Universal?) to push JK. Goes along with the heavy pre-release promotion. Even if each version is only $0.69, I'm still not going to get 10 versions. This seems excessive. And it's the sort of thing that causes critics to point out that there is something nearing chart manipulation when it comes to BTS (or anyone). So many ARMY pushing "get many email addresses - buy from separate IP addresses - buy 10 copies of each, etc.. JK'd still be at the top of the charts with the original two releases. Also, my wallet is not bottomless. I'm getting the physical CD (shipping is twice the cost of the CD) and bought the two originals on iTunes. If I seriously got them all, I'd be spending $12 or $13 for one song. Astronaut had an actual CD (two versions) and photo book and what I would call reasonable promotion (and I wish it had done better, but it still did pretty well....) . I would use that as the standard promotion for a single. And he's going to be putting out an album, so he says.... It's just excessive -
  23. I can believe it - I would, too. Much like. The tweet with the YouTubes for JK's stuff today - and his message to ARMY. And I'm looking forward to JK on Suchwita (Hobi's could have been hours longer) and see if he says he wants to be a BIG THEE pop star or if he, like all the others, will say how great he knows OT7 is and how he's looking forward to them all being together again. I'm sure he's riding this high, as well he should. I'd have thought the FIFA deal wopuld have produced that same feeling. And I hope that I meet Yoongi the same way all the other guys did - in his underwear. I think it's really funny that all the guys mention it - but it doesn't surprise me at all. Guys.
  24. The book is topping sales charts!!!
