  1. this is a physical representation of me and my brain trying to link everything possible to yuzuru even if it doesn't work at all because i miss him tbh
  2. in the grand prix series, no one had a higher free skate score. over the entire season so far only shoma beat it at lombardia - (here's the list)
  3. ksenia stolbova and ivan bukin were declined?... http://tass.com/sport/986436
  4. i completelyyy went with my dream podiums especially for mens, but from my predictions to the skate gods ears please (im definitely getting no points this week )
  5. both sui/han and peng/jin have been removed from the four continents entry list http://www.isuresults.com/events/cat03108502.htm
  6. https://www.eislauf-union.de/media1/news/304-pressemitteilung-zu-den-europameisterschaften seems like savchenko/massot have wd from europeans to focus on the olympics
  7. it would have been patrick back in 2012 (!!) actually, where he broke 100, 200 and 300 at nationals. never underestimate canadian nationals inflation
  8. keiji is number one in my heart but stays number two in my predictions because i need to stop choosing based on who i like the most
  9. happy birthday shoma!! and also happy birthday to sei have a great day!!
  10. yeah, shoma won national novice, got sent to national junior and won bronze in 2009, but they couldn't send him to senior nationals either because he was too young: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/2009–10_Japan_Figure_Skating_Championships#Competition_notes same with satoko who finished 4th in the ladies. cute podium picture from that years junior nationals:::
  11. im laughing at alexei's what the heck face when he hears that mitsuki couldnt even jump a 2A until the age of 13but this is so lovely. so many of the upcoming boys look up to him, and for so long after yuzuru has finished competing, there will always be his flair in the skating of those whose hearts he touched. i love watching some performances of the men competing now, and seeing the little touches that show the skaters who influenced them. its beautiful
  12. its still his birthday in my timezone, so happy birthday yuzuru i wish you health, happiness and lots of gold medals
  13. iirc they're averaged over the first ranking competition in july, this ranking competition, and nationals? so it will be finalised after nationals, i think
  14. hard same, my heart jumps every time something looks a little bit off now : / the top seven finishers from junior worlds all turned senior and it does seem to be lacking a little in comparison, but i think the current field just need time to grow. jun-hwan's pcs has dropped a lot too this season, it really doesnt feel like this was his time, he's only just turned 16 : ( ive been feeling the same about vincent zhou too... sigh honestly, im really happy for june-hyoung though, he's worked hard. plus i have a huge soft spot for his bohemian rhapsody free skate im not sure if things are certain until after nationals, but things look completely in his favour. good that jun-hwan will have the time to rest and recover too. he has so much more time.
  15. im really glad that june-hyoung seems to be regaining form, its been two seasons since he was in the car accident and the beginning of his back injury and just now it seems like things are looking up for him, right on time i just wish they'd left jun-hwan to mature more in juniors and go senior at a later date he could be completely dominating the junior mens field right now
  16. this is horrible take care evgenia, i hope you recover well!!
  17. take care and recover well for the olympics boyang
  18. i think that's his sp costume from last season? and i think he said he's only going to have his proper costumes for the olympics he's leaving us hanging until the last moment
  19. http://www.jsfresults.com/National/2017-2018/fs_j/nationaljunior/index.htm protocols are out for the whole competition! final goe on rika's 3A+3T+2T was +2.40, and +2.20 on her 3A. unreal also in the mens, can we appreciate shun sato and his +goe 3A as his last jumping pass
