I feel that when shifting his weight, relaxed Yuzu tends to cock his hip out more? If that makes any sense.... and he tends to kind of like tip his head slightly to the side..... idk the body movements just didn't seem like Yuzu to me. Or I might just be pulling fiction out of thin air from some weird corner of my mind.....

I'm in the "don't think the 7 second guy is Yuzu" group! Just doesn't look like him. The head shape, the way he moved, his body shape, it all just didn't seem like Yuzu to me.

I'm not going to try and assume why Yuzu's spoken English in interviews isn't great (although I must say he's objectively improved a lot from Sochi to PC) or how much English he uses in his daily life. I draw the line at speculations being phrased as certainties. But in the practice footage from PC, it was heartening to see that he seemed to be speaking more to the TCC team, and of course, the coaches have never dumbed down their English for him. From the bts footage from his ice show, we know he's still not the smoothest with his English, but that he tries regardless to get what he wants to say across. (That group hug scene was precious!) He still seems most comfortable with Japanese, but his English is definitely improving!

Sometimes for people with English as a second language, their reading and writing is much better than their speaking. I've noticed this time and time again amongst many of my fellow Asians. So I wouldn't be surprised if it turned out that Yuzu could comfortably browse this forum, and maybe even post with passable and understandable English.

We joked about us only finding out his programmes at ACI but with every day that passes with no news I'm starting to seriously think that that's actually going to happen....

My optimism has flown away with the deafening silence of no Yuzu news. It's flown as high and as fast as Yuzu's 3A

very true! At this point it's more about damage control than solutions.... Let's be honest here. prolonged exposure to the King of Extra has infected us all and we're beyond saving. We just need the programme news to control and manage the symptoms of Extra-ditis that are currently plaguing us!

I do kind of see where you're coming from, however I respectfully disagree. I personally do not see a problem with us sharing the edits here, precisely because it is a forum of people who love Yuzu. In other places, we might need to be careful as tthings can be use as fodder for haters, but here we know we all love and respect him. I mean we have an entire meme thread that pokes loving fun at Yuzu for heaven's sake. (And it's a beautiful place!) But also, Yuzu himself has shown many times that he's playful and likes a joke, likes a laugh, including laughing at himself. Koi dance anyone?? It would be strange to me if we his supporters acted as if we could only be serious in our support of him. I for one didn't think it was disrespectful!
