That's so true. And gosh, didn't her Titanic have that voice over or was it someone else's? I don't remember quite well, there were several disasters on that front.

@Fay @SydneyH Oh he can pull it off I agree, he is so light on his feet that he'd give it that extra but after just one week I am sick of LLL so by the time we get to ACI I don't think even Zu could make me enjoy it. I feel like Ted is my spirit animal, when he sighs so obviously resigned whenever he has to say skating to LLL

She probably cheats a bit as she braids her hair often, but who can blame her, with her length it must take a while! And yes, me too. Mine is not only straight but almost impossible to curl which makes it perpetually boringly straight. @Sombreuil maybe this is why she braids it? Hairspray and braids and maybe it's easier to control.

Tame it and straighten it. The instagram is way way beyond even that She does look cute, she could easily style the curls and it'd be just as cute as what she has now. So I suppose the few times we saw her with curls was actually her natural hair. Wicked.

To be honest, there is no way I'd have the nerves to do that. That is some bed head there

Seriously? And I was super happy when we saw her because I figured that meant everything was all right now. Oi vey. I don't get things like these, especially with young ones. I mean if you're an adult you'll make your own (bad) choices but with minors, adults are really failing.

Sigh. It's a darn shame as it'd make their lives so much healthier, and easier!

I got the feeling this is pretty common with the Russian ladies and I always get so confused about it. Nutritionists are present in all sports these days, even if it is not personalized at lower levels. At these elite ones, someone qualified to care about their nutrition is a must and yet, nope.

Ha, I was just about to make this comment. Seriously if he does, the ruddy thing isn't working too well. Refund, refund!

To be fair, considering how expensive skating is and how for most of them the ideal moment to try and cash in from their victories is right after, this also plays a huge part in the decision to move on. It's understandable, as money is scarce and it's a rare few who have managed to reach this during their competitive career. I wish it was more like say tennis, or even swimming but unfortunately it is not. We were really, really lucky that Yuzuru has the immense drive but also that he is so popular during his career that this is a non-issue.

Tights. Give me tights.
