Now , I remember after last 4cc, Japanese news posted a very( e hem ) interesting jump face of Nathan, very big pic indeed, in the most unflatteringly possible,lol,way, its like they are salty about Yuzu' s silver and wanted to say " here's your gold medalist, just don't mind his jump face sorry can't find it though

I'm wondering what Brian was thinking after he heard Yuzu's score because he looked very calm, tending to Javier. I love it when Yuzu tried to calm down the excited crowd to prepare for Javier's skate, such thoughtful person as Yuzu is. also it is funny to to see the video got so wobbling after score was pronounced . I would have dropped my recording device right there we really need a dedicated camera team just recording Brian 's and Yuzu 's reaction would be priceless

I agree, I read those posts discussing other skaters's tech . Remember that there are a lot of fans here in this forum very knowledgeable about FS and of course it bugs them about wrong tech or intention to cheat, and they have the right to be passionate about that especially if you're on the top level. I also see a lot of post worrying about the health of that skater sincerely. , I find many posts are respectful and very informative . I feel sad and defensive about people spreading bad rep for our forum based on a few posts, totally unfair. But in reality, if other people just blindly listen to rumor without checking the forum and see for themselves how it really is, their loss. Also , for the life of me, I can't fathom how other people can bash Yuzu. I know people are different and biased but there are something so standard that you can't deny, like " Mount Everest" is higher above sea level than any other mountain. "Chan had been the one to beat then and while he was a tough opponent and a competitor that's favored by the judges at that, he wasn't exactly the Mt. Everest Hanyu is right now". I have been pondering about this very important matter, how will Yuzu hold his fifth GPF gold medal ? Extra as he is, how does he rest the medal on his 5 fingers? Maybe he needs the other hand

For some other skaters we can hear people gushing about this program or that one is his or her signature, legendary, most beloved one. ( just hearing because I rarely watch others, sorry, my mind is rather single-minded totally focusing on one. ) Call me biased but Yuzu has so many programs that I find legendary, RJ, PW,NS, LGC, H&L, SEIMEI,....need I go on. I just cannot decide which one is my favorite because he is very versatile, I just love all of them. I think because when he skates , he puts himself into the performance totally , that's why he can connects with the audience, in front of a screen like me, in a powerful way.I can't imagine how the lucky ones who witness his greatness first hand in the arena feel.After the performance is finished , I'm looking forward to see his many expressive faces and all the bowing, the cute things he does with Pooh...the way he reacted to the eleven times he broke WC. .. Everything is just so precious, so heart-warming to watch ...

Hehe, I actually have Nathan 's autograph. My friend 's son practices at the same rink as Nathan . My friend said that Nathan was super nice and looked very pleased to sign for her 😀. Now , who's at the same rink as Yuzu? I'm also wondering if it is too much for my friend to ask Nathan for Yuzu' s autograph....

I would probably do the same , freeze and then cry later, beating myself up for giving up my chance in a lifetime... OT one time I was in Starbucks getting in line and suddenly there was a commotion next to me, I turned and saw a group aof 4 or 5 people gathering around a guy, taking pic with him, I then ( afraid to be missing out, pathetic as I am,😝, came up to him too,and I told him "sorry , I don't know who you are but can I take a pic with you too?" (until this time I seriously think I was possessed then) he was like of course nicely and someone took a pic for us. After that I asked the person and they told me he was the finalist in a very popular show on tv. I did check out and watch several episodes later on . Lol, I told my coworkers who did see the show and they all had a good laugh . He turns out to be a very nice guy on that reality show

the flute sound right at this moment, the melancholic sound, so longing, I feel overwhelmed and saddened every time I hear it, like the case of Yuzu, longing to deliver his ideal performance but also to get the score he deserves, I imagine he's asking the question " why after all of my efforts to put in so much complicated transitions, my superior in and out steps before jumps, you just don't give me the absolute scores ?
