POsting here because it's kind of long. I have been trying to get NOL to recognize my actual email for about 10 months and they refuse to change it - now, with this, I could - but notice the last sentence: if I delete the not actual email (that I created for one thing a year ago), I can't attach my Weverse membership to it. I do have both US and Global memberships so I suppose I could go with my global account. They are just making me crazy and not letting me get tickets for any concertof note (most recently TXT when there were seats available in Seoul...)
Hello customer.
Thank you for using NOL World.
The email address is used as a NOL World ID, and it is difficult to change it arbitrarily.
It is a method of rejoining the existing account with the email you want after leaving the existing account.
Your [
[email protected] ] is a successfully real-name authenticated account.
If you wish to use an Email ID or another ID,
after withdrawing the authenticated ID account,
the authentication information will be automatically deleted, and you can authenticate again with a new account.
However, if there are any pre-booking authentication records or upcoming performances associated with that account,
these authentication and reservation details cannot be transferred to a new account.
If you already have pre-booking authentication records for this account,
please note that you must complete both pre-booking authentication and viewing before withdrawing.
Fan club authentication is only possible once, so if you have withdrawn an already authenticated account,
you cannot re-authenticate for the fan club with a new account."
Rigid and unwilling to accomodate me but I now have to figure out how to go back and forth between my actual yahoo account and the one I used to enter one thing more than a year ago. Arghhhhh.
And trying to enter anything for the March 21st concert is a headache - If I buy Arirang on the global shop (now available again), I have to pay something like $35 for shipping, though the cost of the CD is much less than the US one (damn tariffs) so locked out of that. I will try the NOL Interpark ticketing that opens, I think, the 23rd?
I wasn't even going to consider the concert as I'll be back in Korea at the beginning of April but can't resist...
Anyway, off to an eye appt.......
