her jumps' distance were always huge (her 3lz at russian senior nationals free skate surprised me, its so huge) but maybe? she looked like she was flying when she jumped today. i love her straight rippon too, very pretty

yes, I don't think it was a solid +2 jump (and certainly not +3), maybe they made a mistake and then corrected it? I haven't paid attention if the the final tes was lower

 

today Alyona's jumps looked very fine to me

(and if I think of the pcs other skaters, men and ladies, get for far worse programs...)

Yes I know, but it looked even bigger than before. Maybe a bit more height too, but her jumps just looked more large than the other girls, and if you add in how light and effortless they look, the jumps really stand out. I'm a bit pissed at the GOEs though.

I think the star of the whole event was Kostornaia. She was the only one who made me feel something.
