Okay, Ted. Getting a bit fulsome. Shoma's got his good qualities but no need to lay the flattery on with a trowel

It's the way he kept babbling throughout the comps and the gala now when he used to only comment at the beginning or end (or the way he praised someone to the sky and dunked hard on someone else). Since when does he turn into this sort of commentator???

He's always been a bit heavy on the baseless praise but he was getting carried away a little tonight.

but it's too much. The one thing I used to like about him was how he knew when to shut up or be kind to skaters no matter what. Hoh boy...

Official data on live attendance. I do think overall that looks like a decent number especially if compared to other GP events. But, across two days Yuzu's Prologue attracted almost 16k people, while here across 3 days NHK was attended by some 12k in total. Oh and it's definitely NOT sold out.

Just for comparison, 2019 NHK attendance under spoiler (just put on main thread - maybe I should have put it here...)

Why not both? =))

Anyhow, Makomanai maxes out at 6k, inclusive of VIP seats. For sure it's easy to see which is better, with or without Yuzu =))

speaking of NHK Trophy.. I miss them

(sorry if OOT)

Could someone please tell me what the "boys" are saying in the above video ?  I'm sooo curious to know what they were laughing about

Thanks in advance.

Take this with a grain of salt because my Japanese is terrible, but she asked who was more popular/good looking in middle school (I think she referenced a picture with all 3 of them?). Yuzu says it was Ryuju. Then Ryuju says it was Keiji. And then Keiji says it was Yuzu
