There used to be a children's programme in UK, BBC's 'Listening with Mother' the famous opening line was " Are you sitting comfortably, then I'll begin" 

Whenever broadcasts for Memship Rajio starts, this line comes to mind and we Fanyus know that we are about to enjoy a lovely time as Yuzu regales us with what he has been doing or has been thinking about.
