Unofficial plays of the song on Youtube count toward Hot 100. For everyone else, only official videos count toward the Global 200. But I *think* that includes things like the performance videos on Bangtan TV. Apparently part of the reason big companies put all these videos out is to help increase streaming counts, especially now that Youtube limits how many views get counted per account.
