So, going from 100 messages to three.  Must be between concerts.

I was thinking about Jin and how excited he is to perform and sing for ARMY.  He was the one just slightly equal to Jimin in lack of confidence when they were trainees and early on,  Both thought they'd never make it.  Both doubted that they could even sing.  Wow.  And they all SO need to perform.  (thinking also of Yoongi and his final AgustD performance when he was crying because he knew it would be so long, if ever, that he would be able to perform again.)

 

Need extra good thoughts for tomorrow - an appt with a new type of doctor (will explain after).  Just trying to stay as calm as possible and pray for the best.

Just came across this on X. Anyone have a scientific explanation for why Jin always sounds so much better on fancams? I guess it's possible that the euphoria of being there affected my hearing, but I also thought he sounded better in person than on recordings. Weverse needs to do something about their audio if it's removing the richness of his voice. It especially affects the end - Weverse somehow completely lost the vibrato

Oh Oh, remember during the first encore concert I said I thought having read somewhere that there were no ARMY bombs allowed? Well, looks like the person had completely misunderstood what was going around. There were no ARMY bombs for sale in the merch booths which was strange. Just shows they're actually preparing new ones for 2026, no?

My guess is that the sound we get on Weverse is a feed direct from his mic, not a recording taken in open air at the venue. But fancams record the sound in the venue so you get all the reverberations of the sound waves in free space

Counting on the science dorks among us to know these things.

 

And yes to Hobi - I think it was his first pr second live after he was discharged that he started the Live by putting on a facial mask - because he felt it was part of his job now that he was back to being and "idol".  (Also, I can't sing well, but I bet if I recorded something with him,I, too, could make the charts.  Just sayin")
