It's still a lottery...But are you sure local address and phone number are needed? It's a huge risk for his team if only Japanese fans are allowed to buy tickets.

I can't believe that Prologue happened and there's no time to process it because news about GIFT are out in the world!!

I'm so used to using Chrome's translate function on Japanese websites for Yuzuru things that I totally missed that the GIFT website has an English page: https://gift-official.jp/index_en.html 

 

The first video message has English subs if you're on the EN page
