  1. Yuzuru is back toafter free programs
  2. He will jump 4A and quints because he believes
  3. He might try it at the gala... Quad battle with Boyang and Mikhail in Helsinki 4Lz vs 4A But he will be exhausted after FS
  4. Not trying 4A in practice would be crazy... He needs to get used to the ice. it would be dangerous not to jump it in practice. Ice at every rink is different. Sometimes it's softer, sometimes it's harder. And ice rink at TCC has sand underneath the ice. Everything like that can affect the jump. And TCC ice rink's size is a little bit different than normal ice rinks and it doesn't have any boarders. 4A is a huge jump and he needs to know if he has enough room to jump it. Nobody wants to land any jump on the borders. And even at Olympics, he still tried every single jump from his final layout in practice. He didn't skip any. Learning 4A is crazy enough
  5. So many possibilities. I think the safest option is ACi or WTT. Because it isn't a big deal to make mistakes there. WTT is the last competition of the season but it's usually a competition where skaters try new things. ACi might be too early... but with Yuzu you never know. I am not ready for 4A at ACi GPF is too important to mess up so I don't think he will add it there. Worlds are the most important competition this season but they're also in Japan. He might want to land his first 4A in Japan. I don't think he would risk it at nationals. There's a huge possibility he won't go to 4CC but imagine landing 4A in America to show who the real quad master is But I wouldn't be suprised if 4A ended up as a reason for another 4CC silver xD I want him to try it in Helsinki because I will be there And it's early enough to stabilize it before more important competitions. But I think the most troll!Yuzu option is COR. Landing it in front of Keegan Messing and Artur Dmitriev Jr It's the one I voted for. But no matter what competition he chooses, we will know from official practices
  6. From article about Stephen Gogolev. He mentioned it once in John Wilson Blades interview.
  7. If Yuzuru sees it... Every male pair skater should hide from him during galas It should be much easier to lift Yuzuru. Yuzuru is about 13kg lighter than Javi. I actually want to see it
  8. I hope we will get TCC podium in men with Zu on top of course. And Zhenya and Wakaba podium in ladies And lots of podium selfies, please.
  9. Yes Yuzuru's world domination is coming.
  10. I don't know about 4Lo in SP but I know I would freak out if he changed his FS layout so 3A is the first jumping pass as a placeholder for nessie I know it's unlikely to happen because he has 2 3A in second half and it would mess up his whole layout. And he still needs to get used to that second half because even with nessie he will probably jump 2 3A. But imagine how everyone would react if that actually happened.
  11. What kind of first pancake do you expect next week? a) 2 invalid jumping passes and +5GOE 3A in short program à la Skate Canada 2015 and comeback in free skate b) WR in SP and pop concert in FS with REP on 3Lo and dying in the second half of the program c) some unexpected new "topping" in FS d) Yuzu will skate well in both programs e) something else If he keeps 4S and 4T-3T in SP and his FS is so packed, I expect B Though with twizzle-3a-twizzle sandwich you never know.
  12. These are the same blades they are just covered in ice
  13. I assume you mean solo 3A. Seimei last season... not that long ago unless you mean only short programs
  14. She probably was there only for summer camp. It ended on August 18. So the video wasn't really that new
  15. And now it's deleted. It was nice to see but she probably uploaded it without permission At least it wasn't anything that important
  16. I don't think you understood me or I misunderstood you My English isn't that good. During russian nationals 2017 Evgenia jumped three 3T in free skate and as you said you can't repeat the same triple 3 times. She did 3F-3T, 2A-2T-2T and 3S-3T-3T*. She had one additional jump. With older rules (before 16/17 season?) the whole last jumping pass would get zero points. But Evgenia only got last 3T invalidated and she still got full credit for all 3 combos minus last 3T. So let's say Yuzuru did 4T-1Eu-3S, 4T-3T, 3A-2T and 3A-3A*. he still has 3 combos. Only last 3A would get zero points and the rest of the jumps would get full credit, right? I know it's not worth it because he would get zero points for that 3A and he even may make a mistake and lose points for nothing. But there's a way to jump 3A sequence in a competitive program and and not lose points in BV Just like it's possible to jump delayed single axel in choreo sequence but that's also risky. It's not worth it but it's still possible. He would also get zero point for that 1A but he wouldn't loose any points. And in this video from Victoria he didn't do that hop. We often joke that Yuzuru would jump 4A from back-counter and write similar jokes but we aren't serious. Like we were joking about him stoping skating in the middle of the program, just after landing 4A and retiring in middle of competition. But we don't really mean it And I miss 3F and lutz too I wonder what Yuzuru will if he pops 4Lo into a triple. Will he try to jump it again later?
