Don't have a pic, but Nam is answering questions on his insta stories and someone asked him if he still spoke to Yuzu and Javi and he answered "not really, we all got different vibes going on" :(( Sigh I guess it's normal to lose contact after some time apart although we all miss seeing them together

Why would 4CC not happen unless it’s in another country? Would the country hosting it make a difference?

I agree with him actually that there are no complete all-rounders in the ladies field of today... but some skaters like Kamila Valieva have the potential to become one!! Sasha is also developing artistically throughout the season IMO so she definitely has the potential as well!

Idk about the difficulty of the quads cos while many skaters find 4F and 4Lz easier than 4Lo, Yuzu seems to find 4Lz harder than 4Lo? So I guess it really depends on the individual skater which one is harder for them maybe.

@SitTwizzle if you’re talking about Sasha, I don’t think she can do 4Lo yet! She definitely wants to though. In one of her recent zoom interviews she mentioned that she wants to start training it but is unable to... can’t remember why but it was something about the harness not being available because it was being used by other skaters or something like that?

Wonder how all these will affect Yuzu... if anything 4Lo, 4F and 4Lz having the same base value would work in his favour I guess? And also now the fact that there is a larger difference between 4Lz and 4A BV although I still think 4A should have an even higher BV

Definitely! I actually watched Nathan Chen’s IG live recently and if I recall correctly, he says something along the lines of: in a way his studies come first because even if he wins the Olympics, he believes he needs to do something afterwards for his future. Of course, there is nothing wrong at all with his point of view, and I would guess there are many other skaters who think the same way. The thing is that what he said made me think of Yuzu’s interview where he said “I bet my life every time I skate” and “I was born to skate” and I feel this is one of the big differences between Yuzu and many other skaters - how dedicated he is, how he gives his entire being to his art. That’s probably one thing that gives his skating the “it” factor imo!

Sasha certainly doesn’t have the best skating skills but for me her charisma comes from her fierceness and steely determination! Of course this is all very subjective and people might disagree haha
