Evgenia Medvedeva has entered Moscow State University, Higher School of Policy in Culture and Management in the Sphere of Humanities. No idea what sort of degree she is going to do. So… I don’t think she’ll much time left for extracurricular activities like competitive skating.

I think you credit Nathan with more foresight if you think he blurted that nonsensical and incoherent answer deliberately. I think he just gave his innermost ideas away, albeit in a very clumsy manner. I think he believes in what he said. But full credit to him for taking the blame for that unguarded answer. He at least should learn to be more cautious and diplomatic about he utters, since he’s the face of figure skating as it is now. And given some effort from his team, it’s quite viable they turn the whole debacle into positive PR, though. Though most likely, people will have forgotten about it when the season starts.

All the music choices are hell. I am under impression they all skated to the same piece of music. Whoever came up with this idea for RD for the Olympic season deserves a special roasting in hell.

Musically this is just torture, and most of them do not even try to match any beats. And they look clumsy.

Watching rhythm dances this year is going to be painful. I never thought I’d say this, but bring the Latina season back!
