I mean for me, even with the perfect performance at ACI, I was still a little like "why Chopin again?" and half-wishing he stuck with LGC. But then Olympic Chopin and that Ina Bauer happened and I promptly fell over and died

I think I'm gonna go with H&L from Worlds, Pyeongchang SEIMEI, or Requiem from GPF. All three are programs that I watch literally all the time because they're so good. H&L and SEIMEI bc god can you even find better performances that solidify his status as GOAT than those two?? But for Reqiuem, I just really love the emotion he puts into the GPF performance. While it wasn't a clean performance, it was how he moved that really got me hooked. The sharp and powerful movements really highlighted the frustration he must have felt during the aftermath of the earthquake. It also shows how much control over his edges he truly has when he skates. Like that one move where he gets onto one knee and just slides while turning??? Gorgeous 10/10 +5 GOE A+ Also that immediate 3A after the popped one is so funny to me, please never change Mr. Hanyu

Otoñal But I'm only including competition costumes. If I added his exhibition costumes, idk what the ranking would be, he has so many good ones

But then again, we are talking about Yuzuru Hanyu, Extra™ Extraordinaire He could either 1) land it during one of his GP events to not take a huge risk at a major comp or 2) risk it and land it in front of a big crowd for Maximum Hype like at GPF or World's He's all fired up now too with his kuyashii at ACI so it really can go either way but I think I'm still leaning towards earlier based on what a lot of the people around him are saying and that scares me lmao

I voted Helsinki since ACI seemed too early and anything later seemed too late. But now I'm thinking he might go for it at Rostelecom just to claim it as his own in front of Dmitriev and Keegan I guess now we play the waiting game

Honestly, I highly doubt it'll get added to the FS. Since it was reduced to 4 min, it's already incredibly taxing on the skaters to get all the components in. I couldn't imagine trying to throw Nessie in there But then again, this is Yuzuru Hanyu we're talking about, and he's Extra™ to the point where it's worrying sometimes so only time can tell

Hiya and welcome to the planet! It's so cool to see newer fans around. I'm glad your first Yuzu encounter was Pyeonchang! What a thrilling start!! I can kinda relate since my first encounter was the Sochi SP (and my, what a fantastic first impression) You definitely joined at the right time, though, since ACI begins in three days (somebody please hold me) Also, I'm sure you've already seen, but Hanyu fans have a very strange mindset.
