Well, this is impossible. Chopin was my introduction to Yuzu, my sentimental favorite. I still remember, clear as crystal, watching PC Chopin and being in awe of what I was seeing. But if I had to pick one program that is quintessentially Yuzuru, I'd choose Seimei in a heartbeat.
Impossible, I tell you.

(Can't say I blame Yuzu for accidentally replacing the bits of 2014 that involved POTO with Seimei. It probably wasn't his favorite part of his career, except for the GPF win.)

Poor Zigeunerweisen. I think that's the only competitive program he left out, unless I just missed it?
@SitTwizzle I briefly wondered if he was going to reveal a new program at the end, too. I didn't think he would, but the man is certainly full of surprises.

@liv I'm pretty sure they think COVID-19 "lives" in the brain from how far up they go. My nose still doesn't feel right. Sounds like it was the same for you?
Thanks for the well-wishes, everyone. So far, so good. I feel so lazy staying home from work for what I'm pretty sure is just a cold. (That is NOT DONE in my field.) But from a public health standpoint, it's the right thing to do.

Some have submitted easily and others have put up quite the fight, lol!! But, so far, so good!
I'm having mine done tomorrow (no fever, but I work in healthcare and have developed a cough and mild shortness of breath) and well... I guess it's best to know what I'm getting into ahead of time.

I saw that. I can't find anything reputable backing it up though, and Ashley just posted a birthday message to Tim on Twitter saying "here's to many more years spent by your side" so I'm guessing it's not true. USFSA hasn't said a word about it, and you know they'd say something.

I think so - the current standings are for the beginning of the 20-21 season. Anyway, it’ll be true soon enough, he’s nearly untouchable this season due to the lead he has, so barring something extremely strange happening, he’ll still be ranked number one at the end of the season! -

I didn't know that it was introduced so recently in 2000. Even before this season, Yuzu has had the record for
- Most Number of seasons as season-end No. 1
- Most Number of consecutive seasons as season-end No. 1
- Youngest skaters who are the No. 1 in the season-end standings
With this season, he breaks the record for the oldest skater in No. 1 too. Literally broken all the records there.
Wait, Nathan was at the top of the standings at season’s end, so I think we’re calling that record a little prematurely. Now that we’re in a new season, Yuzu is back in the top spot. But he should be nearly impossible to catch this season with the lead he has, so by the end of the season he really will be the oldest to ever be ranked first at season’s end at age 26. -

I’ve wondered for a while how we could have sports back by fall. I didn’t want to say anything about it on here, because it’s a really sad thought, but I’ve been trying to get used to the idea that the Challengers and GP events will possibly not happen this season. (I’m not quite up to saying “probably” yet.)
