  1. OMG! This is incredible! Yuzu's life story is depicted in a Taiwanese society and citizens school book. (I think it's a school book for children.) This is the gist of what it says: Yuzuru Hanyu was born into a happy family in Japan. Yuzu and his family experienced the great earthquake of 3.11. He thought he would give up skating. Because of his mother's support, he returned to the ice rink. After overcoming the great earthquake and injuries, he won an Olympic gold medal. If someone with better Chinese and/or Japanese skills would like to make a proper translation or make corrections, please go ahead. Yuzu is so famous, popular and such a role model in East Asia now. It's amazing that he appears in a book like this and that his life is taken as an example for teaching children.
  2. It's so adorable how a super happy Yuzu practically jumps into the arms of a proud Brian after the GPF 2015 SP.
  3. Bless those kiddies at TCC who give us new pics of Yuzu! And remind us that he's healthy and happy. Somehow I have a feeling that the real mission of these kids going to TCC is meeting their hero and getting a pic with him. Getting skating lessons is a nice side-effect...
  4. Preview of 24Hour TV with English subs by BlueFlame for Yuzu. Yuzu is an angel on earth! He is really someone who makes this world a better place. I look forward to the performance of Haru Yo Koi!
  5. LOL! This is so cute and funny!
  6. Thank you so much for your hard work!
  7. Elizabeth Peyton re-published and illustrated Yukio Mishima’s 1969 novel Spring Snow with her works. Look who's on the cover and inside the book on the first page. It's amazing how Yuzu inspires so many artists.
  8. Exactly. I'm actually totally relaxed about all this. From experience, I know that Yuzu's always proven to be stronger than anybody thought possible. He's achieved greater things than anyone could've imagined. And he's overcome every obstacle that many thought to be invincible. Whenever the world thought that Yuzu couldn't possibly go any further, he's proven them wrong. I trust him and his team. They know what they're doing. They know how to play this game. After the WC, it was obvious how pissed and kuyashii Yuzu was. If there's anyone who knows how to turn this kind of disappointment and frustration into positive motivation and energy to achieve more than ever, then it's Yuzu. Besides, let's not forget that Nathan's also just human. He's been quite consistent since WC 2018, but that doesn't mean that he's a machine and manages to perform at his best every time. Judges have been favoring him because of his perceived consistency and seeming domination in Yuzu's absence (on top of other questionable factors). But that doesn't mean that they wouldn't just drop him if he should falter or if another skater (namely Yuzu) also shows as much of a variety of jumps and has a BV as high or even higher than Nathan. Anyway, I'm just grateful that Yuzu continues to compete and we get to see him and experience all this excitement for another season. To be honest, I expected him to r****** after winning the Olympics 2018. It would've made sense and I'm pretty sure any other skater would've done that. But not Yuzu. Of course not Yuzu. I was ready to wail, moan, wallow in my misery and pity myself that I would never have the chance to see him live ever. I despaired at my life when he withdrew from WC 2018, for which I had bought tickets. But then he announced that he'd continue to compete and it was as if I was given a second chance... in fact, more than one second chance. I immediately snatched my chance and went to see him at GP Helsinki. And this year, I'm going to see him in Poohrino. So, yes, I'm grateful to the universe, all the skating gods and mostly of course to Yuzu himself that he'll continue to bless us with his genius, inspire us with his passion and delight us with his mastery. I cherish and appreciate every moment our unikittycorn gives us on the ice.
  9. Look, this is our brother! And Masquerade is being shy about meeting his brothers.
  10. My brain came up with some really pervy thoughts for a second before I realized what I was looking at. I would've associated peaches with a different body part, but okay... to each their own... ETA: Talking about edible body parts... this is amazing!
  11. You mean my money-saving excuse that all those awesome Yuzu-related goods can't be bought outside of Japan is void now? RIP my money...
  12. Boyang is so adorable and funny! And he's pretty cute as a schoolgirl! He got accepted into a master's degree. Congrats!
  13. Yuzu in pink in HD! He's sooo cute in pink... and in every other color... Source: REDfar
  14. What's your choice, Pooh? Hanyu or Hunny? Yuzu and Pooh love is sweeter than hunny. By the way, we don't have a hunny pot emoji? Time to add one!
  15. Yuzu and Pooh kissing Ice-chan to say thank you.
  16. I'd also say use the better quality one. Have you already decided on a specific date and time for the streaming party? Thank you so much again for doing this for us!
  17. I came across a Twitter post that said the reverse of the medals looks like puddings. I have to agree with them. The pudding of the Olympics! By the way, we should get a pudding emoji! One of the swimming pools will be transformed into an ice rink? I haven't heard about that one! But yeah, all this spacekitty bait is pretty obvious.
  18. Good thing he decided to become a skater and not a rock star. His talent clearly lies in expressing his love for music with his entire body moving across the ice rather than his voice.
  19. Yuzu's just adorable! I can totally imagine him singing aggressively in the shower like he does before competitions... but with sound! Source: Hanyusan
  20. Wow! Beautiful paintings by Parinko.
  21. These are absolutely amazing! I'm so awed by the level of mastery and talent of this artist. Yes!!! This is exactly what Yuzu fan artists deserve! I've already seen so many Yuzu fan arts that are just true masterpieces! It's wonderful how Yuzu inspires so many talented and dedicated artists to create such beautiful pieces. I hope that this will inspire more such exhibitions in other parts of the world.
  22. This is a good idea. This way, it's ensured that Yuzu gets it before the season starts and he can draw strength from it when he's preparing for the season. I'm sure he'll absolutely love and treasure it! Thank you so much again!
  23. The Spacekitty's way to tear down a building...
  24. Being the ultimate King of Trolls, at ACI, Yuzu would take Origin starting position wearing his Origin costume, then suddenly tear off his costume to reveal a red and black, sparkly lace costume and then: ROOOOOOXAAANNE!
